This place is very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I love to stay at this place. They have a new indoor pool area that is great. Highly recommended. There is the great american buffet in front of condo lodge and it is great.
We had spent the weekend at a couples retreat at another hotel in Gatlinburg but decided to stay an extra night in Pigeon Forge before going home. We will not be back. Front desk was rude. Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear the kids in the room next door banging around. Every time someone showered you could hear the water running. Pool...over run with kids whose parents didn't supervised. We were cannonballed 3 times by kids. Stains on the carpet. Flat pillows. The lighting is scarce and not good for someone with limited eyesight. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view but other than that it was a total waste of money.
We stayed 12/31/2015 thru 1/3/2016. The hotel was a little worn but ok for the money nice rooms. My only complaint is that we made reservations in September/October for 3 rooms. I had read reviews on Trip Advisor so I specifically ask for mountain view rooms. I also ask for 2 adjoining rooms and 2 more adjoining rooms close to us. We made some adjustments to the reservations by changing the name of one rooms from my daughter in law to my son and updating the card info. At check in we had one room on the 4th floor. 2 adjoining rooms and one room down the hall on the 5th floor. We had a cancelation so we were able to get the 4th floor moved to the adjoining room on the 5th but ALL rooms were NOT mountain view. As a result we could have watched the fireworks at the Island from our balcony if we had gotten the rooms we requested. I was disappointed but didn't complain because the hotel was completely booked.

We decided to extend our vacation and stayed here for a night. The indoor pool and slide were very fun for the kids and adults. There was fresh coffee in the lobby all day, which was also very nice. The matress was a little firm but wasn't an issue for 1 night. Everything seemed pretty clean to us, we were pleased! Oh and they have some awesome winter rates too! I think we'll be staying here again next year.
