Centered in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, everything is just a short walk or trolley ride away including fine dining, attractions, Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, and many, many malls. The beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains wraps itself around the elegant natural design of The Resort, from any of the 4 water features (Lazy River, Kiddies Pools with Mushroom Waterfalls, Hot Tub, Heated Pool), you will enjoy the splendor of the Mountain Views. Walk inside our contemporary decorated lobby and be greeted by our professional front desk staff. Bring your lap top, sit in the lobby and search the internet with high speed wireless access or if you don't have a laptop and need to check email, you can enjoy the convenience of the business center with high speed internet at no charge. Our property consists of 163 units ranging from Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Three Bedrooms, sleeping 2 to 14 people. Our condos boast spacious living quarters with 600 to 2000 square feet of living space. All condos offer fully equipped kitchens, color cable TV/DVD, central heat and air, king and/or queen beds. Some of the units have a warm cozy fireplace to enjoy and private balconies to drink that hot cup of coffee on a crisp cool morning. When finished with your cup of java, wonder down the hall or across the breezeway and start your early morning workout at our fitness center. If you are traveling to our area for a convention, corporate meeting or church retreat, The Resort has 4 meeting rooms sitting 35 to 50 people each. If your meeting requires catering, "The Resort" offers one time billing. Everything is taken care of in house. Check-In: 4:00pm Check-Out: 11:00am |

 The Resort at Governor’s Crossing is a haven for families visiting Pigeon Forge. This property was pleasing from arrival to departure, with each amenity and service receiving high marks. There are 1-3 bedroom condominiums available. The style of each unit is warm and inviting, and each condo has a living room and dining room area, along with a full kitchen and balcony. The layout of the condos places the kitchen and bathrooms towards the entrance, with the bedrooms divided by the living area.As much as I was pleased by the lodging at The Resort at Governor’s Crossing in Pigeon Forge, I was really impressed by the unique water features they have implemented. There is a huge, central, outdoor pool with sunning deck, a nice-size lazy river, children’s pool with sprinklers and other features. Plus, there is also an indoor pool area with three divided pools and more kiddie water features. To top it all off, there are two water slides that begin on the inside, wrap around the outside of the building, and tunnel back into the pool area. They are a lot of fun! This property is a wonderful choice for families and is highly recommended! Retirees would most likely want to steer clear of this property as it is a “kid friendly” property and there can be extra noise. I would make reservations early, as when I visited they were completely sold out.  |
