How many cabins are available at Bluff Mountain Rentals?
We have 3 cabins available. They are 2 bedroom/2 bath that sleep up to 6 people.

What is the minimum age required for check-in?
The minimum age requirement for a reservation is 21 years old.

What is your check-in procedure at Bluff Mountain Rentals?
Our check in procedure requires all guests staying at Bluff Mountain Rentals to come to our office at 2186 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN to pick up their keys. We do have a place for keys if they are checking in after hours, we just ask that they call 48 hours prior to confirm and get information. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. If the unit has been cleared by maintenance and housekeeping, we will do our best to get the guests in, but we cannot guarantee anything until 4:00 p.m. If the guests are checking in on Sunday, the office is closed, and when they call to confirm, we will give them key location for check in.

What are your pool hours?
Pool hours are 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There is a pavilion with the pool and a kitchen that can be rented for parties, for an additional $50.00 plus tax. To clarify, the pavilion is free if not needed for a private party. The kitchen is not free and only available for private parties.

Do you have any cleaning fees?
Cleaning fees only apply if guests are staying for one night only.
