Description

from Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud Show
Wildly popular Lumberjack Feud returns to Pigeon Forge! Rip-roaring, high-energy family fun guaranteed for both the young and the young at heart.

Journey back in time to the days before the establishment of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park when the logging industry ruled the area. The show features an “end-of-season” feud between two families whose names were synonymous with the timber business – the Dawsons and the McGraws. World-class lumberjacks represent both families in a variety of thrilling, fast-paced tests of skill and prowess ranging from chopping and axe throwing to tree climbing and log rolling.

Guests become part of the experience as they join in the competitive spirit, cheering for their Dawson or McGraw lumberjack family. And children are invited to try their hand at cross-cutting with a lumberjack during the show’s intermission.

Located at Lumberjack Square, the 350-person outdoor venue home to Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud will feature padded seating under a covered, climate-controlled grandstand designed for the guests’ comfort. The show will operate rain or shine with the season running through December.

"Top Notch Show/Fun"
September, 2018 NEW
What a great group of people working at one place. From the time you walk in you are part of the entertainment. One side rooting on their team of lumberjacks while the other side roots on their team. The loudest participant from the crowd gets a cookie (log cutoff that has the Lumberjack logo burnt onto it) and there plenty of cookies for each side. There was a short intermission and then back to the events. It wasn't an overly long show but it was filled with entertainment. I highly recommend the show to finish off the day.

"Awesome outdoor show"
September, 2018
We went to the show and loved how well they interacted with the kids and rest of the audience! My children got to go on stage , the only thing it didn’t last long enough. It was very well put together! We will be back when they finish construction, but the lumberjacks will be cold in the winter falling in the water!

"Great Family Show!!"
September, 2018
It was really good show for people of any age! Children would really enjoy it as well. They pass out a prize to 1 person each time your side wins. At our show it went to a child unless there weren't anymore. They definitely like to involve the crowd by getting you to cheer, pick sides, and they have an activity for children at intermission.
Make sure to use the restroom before the show because the bathrooms are in the plaza on the othersise of the fence. Its bench setting that has backs on them. Its outdoors but the seating area is covered and the have big ceiling fans for hot days. There is lots of parking and its really close to the venue. We had a great time and it was just me and my husband!!!

We had seen the original Lumberjack Feud when it first opened. We were sad it had went away. Our excitement when we saw Paula Deen had brought it back!! We love the fact that you don't have to have dinner here. All the other shows, seem to serve the same dinners and we prefer just a show. A great show it was!! Daisy was the perfect lumberjill keeping everyone excited and taking part in cheering the Dawson's on. The talent of the lumberjack's was amazing. We will certainly be recommending the show to everyone.

We were surprised it was outdoor seating, but it was very comfortable. The seating area was closed in on three sides, facing north, with huge, quiet fans blowing so it was very nice even on a hot day. Great performers, some history, and joking around. The best part was all the kids got to try the double saw during intermission. They also awarded a child cookies(pieces of log) after each competition. They kept count of which team was winning by the kids raising their cookie. No high dollar refreshment stand. You could go out and get something from the eateries in the mall area. I recommend the frozen yogurt and fresh fruit bars. So many flavors under $3.00 Have fun!

What a great show! It's full of action. Those timber sport athletes can do some amazing things with axes and chainsaws. Even the lovely lumberjills get in on the timber action. The show also has some humor as all the members love to use puns. Great place to bring the family, you and your kids will love it.

Very comfortable seating and bugs are not present. They keep the fans going to blow the bugs away. Be sure to wear a jacket in the evening. Very entertaining.
