The show at Country Tonite was very good. When we were there, they had just transited to the Christmas season. The show was a little over two hours long with a fifteen minute intermission. The cast was very energetic and it looked like they were really enjoying their performance as they interacted with the audience close to the stage. A nice place to get you into the Christmas spirit.

This is a wonderful show for every member of the family! It's a high-energy presentation filled with amazing talent, great comedy, patriotism, and colorful costumes! Most importantly it tells the story of the birth of the Christ child beautifully onstage and on screen! Country Tonight has been an award winning show across America for decades! The Christmas Show is just another expression of excellence!
The first act of this show were highlights from their regular season show, and, for me, not a big country music fan, it was nice, but not spectacular. The two youngest singers are very talented for their ages, the boy just 10 and and the young girl, 15. But I very much appreciated the second act, which included many of my favorite Christmas songs, including a whole skit about The Christmas Shoes. And the dancers were also very talented, and quick with all of their costume changes! It was a very enjoyable evening.

The show was good, but it really lacked some elements to make it great. The sets and props were "tired" looking. They all needed refreshing. The jack in the box prop needed a fresh paint job, some of the MCs costume jackets looked like he had slept in them. A real bright spot was the two young people in the show. A 10 year old and a 15 year old young lady. They both added a real spark to the performances. I thought the comedian wasn't particularly funny. The dancer's were good but there were only 6 and they stayed on the stage almost the entire show. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy the show, for the most part. But, I wouldn't see it again.
