"Didn't have our reservation"
Reviewed February, 2015
We arrived early, thank goodness. They didn't have our reservation so we got downgraded on our cabin. We had to take a smaller one but that was ok. The manager, Charlie, was a little rude to us a check in saying we should have called to verify our reservation. He said this happens to everyone that uses this site. On check out we didn't know how to check out Bc the office was closed so we had to call him again. He was rude on the phone and hung up on my while I was speaking. We won't be staying with them in the future.
Tip: Be prepared to figure things out on your own and don't ask questions Bc it completely inconveniences the manager.

"Very nice resort"

Spacious log homes, we stayed in a two bedroom with a game room in the loft. Close enough to the city and a couple of good steakhouses but far enough away not to be in the crowds. Cabin was well appointed with a great kitchen, not that we used it and a a gas fireplace that heated the whole house.

Very nice resort! I had a cabin and the accommodations were a step above other places. The cabin was quiet, clean and very pleasant. The beds were perfect. The welcome center was staffed and very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this establishment.

Visiting with 3 couples. The 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom cabin is perfect. About 15 min with no traffic to gaitlinburg. Traffic can be horrendous if you travel from here to pigeon forge or Sevierville. Good , very clean place . Would come again .

"Another Great Vacation"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed October 01, 2016

We visited a couple of years ago with our young daughter and we came back again this year with another little one in tow. We stayed in 150 this time, which is a 3 bedroom that backs up to the woods. What can we say? This place is just wonderful. It's impeccably clean. Really super clean. There's nothing much to complain about for us, but some may consider a couple things negative so I'll give a quick rundown: PROS: -Wonderful pool and hot tub -They've thankfully added a few more things to the kitchen in terms of utensils, etc. You really shouldn't need anything other than we did use the tupperware and baggies that we brought -Comfortable beds -Did I mention it's so nice and clean? :) CONS: -TV's are small and not so spectacular. Although, we rarely watched it so it was fine. -The biggest negative for us was the lack of good wi-fi. Fortunately, our cell service worked but for but that may not be the case for everyone. We didn't have our whole trip planned out and would have liked to use the wi-fi to "research" a bit and it was virtually non-existent. -We thought our cabin would have a jet-tub in the master and it only had a shower. We should've asked, but we're now aware there are multiple layouts. That aside, we LOVE these cabins. We will be back and we cannot wait for the next trip. We will look no further for a place to stay!

"Nice wooded setting"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed September 15, 2016

I visited here on a "girls" trip in August 2016. We stayed in the condos and found them to be very nice. While the lodge is a bit far out, that can be a positive if you prefer a quiet scenic setting. Our condo was a large two bedroom, two bath unit and was plenty spacious and well furnished. it was not extremely well stocked on essentials, so you might want to bring extra towels, dishwasher detergent, etc.
