Timbers Lodge is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge within walking distance to shows and attractions as well as The Island, and The Shops of Pigeon Forge.

Our standard rooms have 2 Queen Beds and we also have bedroom Suites. Several rooms overlook the Little Pigeon River. All of our rooms come standard with Free Wi-Fi, Continental Breakfast, In-Room Coffee maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Hair Dryer. We also offer Plenty of Free Southern Hospitality.

Pets are welcome. Dogs only, weight 50lbs or less, and maximum of 3 pets. Pet fee $10 + tax per night per pet, and paid upon check-in. Please be sure to request a pet friendly room when making your reservation as all rooms are not pet friendly.

Great staff, wonderful rooms and exceptional experience! Clean rooms and staff made us feel at home. Definitely will stay there again. Recommended for any family looking to stay in clean rooms for an great value.

We started out in one of the rooms that had a loft room and the loft room was very hot so we had to move to another room... the pool wasnt filtering to clean the pool as it should... the pool had stuff floating all in it...

Absolutely loved staying here, everyone was very friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms was very nice and very clean. Highly recommend staying at Timbers Lodge! We stayed 3 nights and it was very peaceful, we will definitely be back! It's also pet friendly so that's a huge plus to us animal lovers!!

I had a very similar experience as Sarah T whose review was last week. I've never stayed at this hotel and this review is solely based on my experience with the front desk staff and call center. In the end I cancelled my reservation due to the frustration over simply trying to modify the reservation. In a 3 day span, I had to call the hotel's phone number 1-865-428-5216, 11 times. Initially I went to the hotel's website to schedule the appointment but for some reason when I selected "book room" I was taken to a third party website. This ended up being only the first part of my problems. The following day I realized that I had accidently make the reservation for the wrong weekend. DAY 1: Call #1, I called the hotel's phone number and per the instructions selected option 1, reservations. The lady who answered could not find my reservation and after discovering that it was made through a third party I was told to call the hotel back and select option 2. Call #2, I was told by the lady who answered that reservation modifications were made by selecting option 1. Note, the call center does not have the capability to transfer a call! Call #3, this time I spoke to another lady who informed me that third party reservations are altered by calling front desk which is option 0. Call #4, this time the lady who answered informed me that I was talking to someone at a call center for the hotel which is offsite and that I would have to call the hotel back and select option 0 - again. Call #5, I ended up speaking to the same lady that I had on call 4 and was informed that if the front desk did not answer, then the calls are redirected to the call center and that she would send an email to the hotel and that someone from the hotel would call me back this evening or the following morning. DAY 2: No one from the hotel called. Call #6 (afternoon), I selected option 0 and again spoke to someone at the call center and explained that I had called 5 times the day before and that I simply wanted to cancel the reservation. I was told to call back and selection option 0. Call #7 - SUCCESS, SO I THOUGHT! I spoke to a gentleman at the front desk, who really didn't seem all that concerned with my problem but informed me that all third party reservations had to be cancelled through the third party and that they had no record of my reservation but that he would look. After listening to him thumb through numerous faxes he finally found my reservation and informed me that they had to manually enter those type of reservations into the computer and that mine had not been done yet. I asked if he could make the reservation for one week earlier and he didn't give me an answer but said to call the third party. After I hung up with him, with no answer to my problem other than to call someone else, I receive an email confirmation from the hotel for a new reservation with the dates that I needed but for the wrong type of room and $88.00 more than my original reservation? Call #8, I called the hotel phone number option 0 and spoke to the call center again. They could not access the reservation and said that only front desk could cancel or modify a reservation that they scheduled in house. DAY 3: Call #9, I called early in the morning, selected option 0 and actually spoke to front desk. This lady said that she could not cancel or modify this reservation at the front desk and that only reservations could and to call the hotel back and selection option 1. Call #10, I called the hotel option 1 and the lady at reservations as I expected informed me that only front desk can cancel their own reservations. At this point, I looked at TRIP ADVISOR's website to see if the hotel manager responds to the hotel's reviews and I find RAJ PATEL, GM does indeed respond. Call #11, I selected option one and luckily the front desk answers and I immediately ask to speak to Raj Patel and am informed that he is the hotel GM and has not yet arrived but am asked if she could assist me. I explained the situation and that I simply wanted to cancel my reservation so that I would never have to deal with them again and then within 5 minutes I receive an email confirmation cancelling my reservation. There is absolutely no excuse for this hotels inability to handle such a simple request as to modify a reservation. Only 3 out of 11 calls did I actually get to speak with someone at the hotel and only 1 of those individuals (call #11) seemed to actually care or be competent enough to do their job. The lack of customer service and ease to deal with reservations is inexcusable! I did call the 3rd party and cancel the original reservation without issue however I'm still worried that come the date of the initial reservation that my credit card will be billed as a "no show". The hotel really does appear to be nice and it's at an excellent location but that is something I plan to never have the privilege to experience. I have made my reservations with another hotel in the area and am happy to report that the reservation experience was simple without complication, just as it should be!

Family stayed 5 nights at Timbers Lodge in one of the jacuzzi suites with an upstairs. It's a condo with a kitchen area and a loft bedroom. There's a master bed downstairs and an extra sofa bed pullout. There is wood paneling throughout so its beautiful. Breakfast is pancakes and Package sausage biscuits, cereal and yogurt, pretty standard. The Linen was changed daily. And the 3rd floor cleaners were at it all day. Room needs a little touch up paint, but this is an older property so expect a little less than modern flashy. The old girl has aged gracefully enough and everything works in the condo. Close to all the attractions and walking distance from "The Island" amusement area. Get the river view side for a treat and also to see the huge Ferris Wheel lit up at night. All in all a great stay and very nice people.
