Very nice accommodations, rooms could use some paint but very nice. An indoor pool would add a nice touch. At this time of year some Christmas decorations would be nice. We will be making more trios to the area and plan on staying at tge Timbers Lodge again.

We had a great time! The Timbers Lodge was clean, convenient to all the sites of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the best part for us, pet friendly!! We were with two other couples and all of us have dogs. Areas to walk your dogs were easily accessible and clean. Staff were very accommodating with towels or whatever we needed and we will definitely stay there again!

good beds--towels a little harsh-- breakfast could have been better but was good. Staff as friendly and helpful. It is centrally located easy walk to the Island. Go-karts and amusement across the street .

"Horrible Room, Did Not Even Stay"

We rented a room for 1 night for a gift show that we were attending. We walked into the office (should have been mynfirr clue). It was where breakfast was served, as well. Just a few tables and very small counter for food. There is no way that they could serve more than a couple of types of cereal and maybe some Danish and muffins. Next, we headed to our room. We walked in and the place was near, but filthy. The chair looked like it was from the dump. It was ratty and had a huge hole torn into the arm. The room smelled musty. We turned around and walked out and got our money back. Funny thing is, the clerk didn't even ask what was wrong when we said we weren't staying. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
