"Great Stay.."

Springhill Suites was one of the nicest places I have stayed in a while...clean, spacious, neat and well staffed..Breakfast was very good and there was always plenty of food. Very convenient location..Great experience!
Tip: Easy access to attractions, but off main road, so it was quiet and peaceful.

Great stay. Cleanest hotel in Pigeon Forge. Great beds and rooms. Breakfast bar was busy but still well maintained and stocked. Kids enjoyed the pool although small my 13 and 6 yr old was never bored. Check in was easy and fast.

This room usually goes for about $230 but we got it for $109. It was very clean and very spacious. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The elevators were in kind of bad shape. One of them broke down during our stay. The pools were phenomenal. The outdoor pool had a waterslide and a very nice hot tub. The indoor pool was nice to although I did not get in. The beds were OK. Breakfast in the morning was great. We thought if we got up about 45 minutes before breakfast closed that no one would be down there but boy were we wrong. It was packed. I understand that this was not the hotels fault but there were no seats really so he decided to take our food back upstairs. I like how it's not on the strip but close enough so you have easy access to the strip. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my mother, wife, and daughter. Very clean rooms and wonderful staff. Location is convenient and quiet. Close to Dollywood and restaurants but a block away from the busiest thoroughfare. Good coffee all day.

"Great Option for a Family"

I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2017 with my husband and 2 sons (ages 8 & 10). Staying in hotel rooms with two energetic boys can be rough, but this was probably one of the best places that I have stayed with my kids. The rooms are large so we didn't feel like we were crowded together. In fact, it was so roomy that my husband and I were able to take a nap one afternoon while the kids entertained themselves in the sitting room area without disturbing us. My kids hate sleeping on fold out sofas at hotels, but loved the trundle sofa and slept in every morning! The pool was great and more fun than the average hotel pool because of the slide and large whirlpool. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

"Nice place to stay while in Pigeon Forge"

My wife and I stayed here when we were checking out the Pigeon Forge area for a family reunion. For the area the pricing seemed to be pretty much on par with other hotels in the area. Service and staff were great. The free breakfast was taken advantage of by the other guest but the hotel staff were able to keep up and kept the breakfast area neat, clean, and well stocked. Overall a good place to stay.
