Very nice hotel but could have been a little cleaner my room was fine but my son had to move rooms twice due to very dirty carpet in both rooms but the 3rd room was clean after that no other problems.stayed 4 nights during this trip has a very nice swimming pool with slid and a smaller pool for kids.
After calling almost every hotel in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg this was the only one that still had some rooms available. Being that there was a car show going on that weekend we had no choice we ended up dropping about $200 on our room the mattress was very hard. The people working at the front desk the night we checked in were very rude and not helpful at all. Don't even think about having food delivered there the only place that will deliver there is Papa John's. The housekeeping is more friendly and helpful than the front desk. The one good thing about it this place it had an indoor pool with a water slide to keep my kids occupied. They have a sheet on the back of the doors in the rooms saying they have a hot tub which they DO NOT!!! We ended up getting a handicap room with a walk in shower. If you need pool towels you will have to ask them at the front desk for them otherwise they will not tell you they have them.
Last year we traveled to the Smoky mountains on two separate occasions and both times stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and very accommodating upon checking in, the rooms were clean and my kids loved the pool and arcade area. This year for spring break we returned to the area and this was my first choice of hotels. First of all this building needs to be cleaned, desperately, the staff needs a lesson in hospitality, definitely NOT the same customer service I have received in the past. The rooms are worn down, stains in the carpet of the rooms, and the elevators made me and children nervous to say the least. We decided to check out early and find another hotel to stay at. Upon checking out the front desk manager lady and other lady at the desk were rude and couldn't have cared less about our stay. I will not be back, which is a shame because I thought I had found my go to place.

This hotel needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time, a few years ago it was very nice. This time is was bad. There is a terrible smell in the elevators. The rooms are not very clean and right before we left I found two bugs. Then when I got home I found another bug in the plastic bag with our dirty clothes. I should have read the reviews before booking my room. Untill this place gets a good cleaning and I want be returning.
