"Loved every minute, hated to leave this place!!!"
Reviewed February, 2016
Had a two bedroom condo, and I was so impressed. Each room had its own bathroom, we were located close to the indoor and outdoor pool so that was also a plus. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained, we hated leaving them they were so nice. The hallways were quiet, the outdoor noise during the day was minimal, if any. Its also close to books a million, which my kids absolutely love, vanity fair outlet, rack room shoes and I believe there is a shoe carnival as well as Fuddruckers and a buffalo wild wings and less than a half mile (guesstimate) from Walmart, chick-fil-a, steak and shake and baskin robbins. I will definitely stay here again. The staff at the check in desk were extremely nice and helpful. They even called about 30 minutes after we got to the room to make sure the room was okay and that we had everything we needed, left the number to call them back if we had any problems whatsoever!!!! Talk about customer service!!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place!!!
Tip: Be prepared to love it!!!!!!!

The hotel was very nice. After reading mixed reviews I was unsure. Only bad thing is its not that close to the attractions in town. Would stay again, kids loved the waterpark!

"Overall Okay but many notable problems"
Reviewed March, 2015
Me and my family booked 3 separate rooms, one two-bedroom condo, one one-bedroom condo, and one queen sleeper studio. Guest Services was great with us and our room was spacious and very nice overall, especially for the price we paid. The trouble we had was in getting the DVD player to work with the TV,after fighting with it for an hour it turns out they had given us the wrong remote. They also had printed information telling us that there were DVD rentals available in the game rooms and after walking the whole hotel, we questioned the front desk and found out that that was no longer the case. Also, there were only a couple luggage carts available on the whole property and they were impossible to get ahold of, they were never returned and both, checking in and out, we had to make several long trips to the car and back. Additionally the room we were given was a single locked door that opened to two more locked doors (A and B), B was not part of our party so every time someone knocked on the outer we didnt know if it was for us or them and when you stepped out to answer you would get locked out of the inner if you didnt have your key on you, very frustrating. Lastly, our room was impossible to cool to a comfortable temperature. The halls were kept hot at 74 degrees and even with our thermostat set to 68(the lowest it would go) it never cooled and we were sweating all night. My father in law had a horrible experience in his room, his door would not close correctly and had to be forcefully opened creating a loud screech every time. It took the maintenance people over a day to get it fixed after several attempts to fix it but just making it worse. He also had numerous stinkbugs crawling about his room throughout the visit. The elevators at the property are also fidgety, we got stuck in one for several minutes and the alarm went off before it started up again, scared everyone in it real good. For the most part the hotel staff was friendly but the whole hotel just has a lot of small problems that lead to one overall uncomfortable and stressful situation.

"The perfect family getaway!!!"

I got to visit the Resort two times this year, both times fabulous! The Resort is located near restaurants and attractions. The entire property was extremely clean, the areas around the pools and the pool water was pristine, towels at the pools were always stocked, there were lifeguards on duty the entire time who were smiling, friendly, and professional. The best attitude! The front desk staff far exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond! The cleaning and maintenance staff were also extremely friendly. Every time I saw an employee of the Resort, they smiled and spoke to me. Also, I have 4 children, 7 years to 16 years, who absolutely loved the resort. I noticed the staff's interaction with my children and again I was extremely impressed. The resort must have wonderful employers, management because the employees there all seem to love their job! (Which makes for happy employees, thus happy guests!) Our room was spacious, clean, very well maintained, with a beautiful balcony over looking the pool. This will be my "go to" place to stay in Sevierville! A big thank you to all the staff at "The Resort" especially Heather, Mary, Greg, Jen, and Charles!

This was our second visit to the resort. With a 4 & 6 yr old boys this place is perfect. You have a full kitchen to keep the trip affordable and theres plenty to do right at the resort. The front desk staff couldn't b better! Alie and Jen made the trip even more enjoyable. They greeted us as if we were friends that had stopped by. The also answered our countless questions and gave us advice on where to go as well as coupons. We look forward to our next stay!
