"Mini-vacation with friends"

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It is a little bit of a drive to get to the attractions and shops from here but we wanted quiet and not to be in the "heart" of everything. We only stayed one night and it was (almost) perfect. At other hotels I have stayed at the offer a continental breakfast if it ends at 10:00 am you can still at least get a piece of fruit or a muffin if you arrive at 10:05 am. Not here. We arrived no more than 5 minutes after it ended (yes, I realize this is our fault) and everything except for watered down juice was gone.
Tip: If you like a snack in the evenings while in the room bring your own!

We found the room that was supposed to be luxurious to be sadly lacking. One of the beds was so worn you could feel the springs. There had been repairs made to the room but they were not on a perfessional level. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend a stay there but just don't expect what it is advertised as.

"Decent stay for the price for 1 night"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

Stayed our first night at the Wilderness....didn't want to spend $300 for a second night after paying $184 for the first, so I booked the Ramada for Saturday night....we let the kids swim and play, did some things around PF, then checked in before going to dinner. Checkin was quick, staff was friendly. Went to put our things in room before dinner. Everything was clean, a little dated, but not bad for $75. Stopped by office upon ckout to let them know about an issue because when packing up, I stepped around table by air unit, and apparently it had leaked onto carpet in night because my sock was wet. It didn't affect us or our stay since we were leaving, but wanted them to be aware for next guest. Received a "parting gift" upon leaving...a nice tin of hard candies. Overall, not a bad room for the price. Would stay here again in the future.

"Reviews were right, they sometimes skip service."

We stayed three nights. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice, friendly and mostly helpful. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The day after the second night, our room was not cleaned and serviced. A stack of towels was placed on the bathroom counter. The tub was not cleaned, the beds were not made!!!? and tissues, cups, coffee, toilet paper were not replenished. We called the front desk. The girl made no comment regarding the room not serviced but said she would bring toilet paper as soon as she could. Apparently she never could. This was a problem we addressed and was not remedied. Not at all impressed!

"Nice motel, hard beds with Wifi problems!"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

It was a great little motel minus their wifi does not work. Which was a major issue for us. The people at the front desk upon check in and out and during our 4 night stay was super friendly and nice! The motel could use some renovation you can tell it's an older motel but the housekeeping staff keep it super clean! They change the sheets on the bed daily!! Which you don't find everywhere! But the beds are super firm and hard. Our only major issue was that the wifi did not work and traveling with teenagers that was a major thing especially at night when we settled back in. Because you had to walk out of your room to connect it and as soon as you step back in your room and take 3 steps it was gone! We even stayed out on the balcony for a few hours one night and the wifi was spotty going in and out. I even called and asked the front desk to reset the router which they did but it did not help. So if you need wifi don't stay here.
