"Mini-vacation with friends"

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It is a little bit of a drive to get to the attractions and shops from here but we wanted quiet and not to be in the "heart" of everything. We only stayed one night and it was (almost) perfect. At other hotels I have stayed at the offer a continental breakfast if it ends at 10:00 am you can still at least get a piece of fruit or a muffin if you arrive at 10:05 am. Not here. We arrived no more than 5 minutes after it ended (yes, I realize this is our fault) and everything except for watered down juice was gone.
Tip: If you like a snack in the evenings while in the room bring your own!

Stayed here one night while visiting Pigeon Forge. Our room was clean but dated. Beds were OK, the staff was helpful and friendly. There are better options in Pigeon Forge, but there are worse as well. I say it's a decent value for the cost.

We find this hotel a good value, and have been here several times. The nice thing about the hotel is the larger suites they offer. They are great for families traveling with kids, and or kids and their friends, This location offers 3 and 4 queen bed suites. The three queen bed suite is a basic 2 bed hotel room with a added bed room and extra queen bed, only one bathroom, so it is limited there, I have all girls and so it gets a bit crowed in the morning. The 4 queen bad suite, it a living room with a pull out sofa, and two bed rooms, each having 2 queen beds. Plus a bathroom to go with each bed room, so with my family the bathroom time was cut in half. Now I find the whirlpool bathtub in the living room a bit much for my tastes, hey to each their own, but there is also a nice fireplace. All in all a good room for a growing active family. The Ramada is a mid scale hotel, and this hotel lives up to that, rooms are good sized, and for just a bit more than the cost of a standard room, you get this large suite. Go for it, remember there are a limited number of these suites, so call the hitel to be sure you can reserve one.

When we look forward to our. 10th trip to this area & this Ramada a Big part of the enjoyment is Knowing from received phone call from Heather, whom is always so helpfulwe& our Dogs are Welcome here From before we even arrive we have been called to let us know our room is ready early.Wecalled before this trip to ask if we could have a B.D. party for 1 off our group in the breakfast room &were told we were welcome to. Our room is easy to arrange to place our Dogs, crate .The large flat screen TV is enjoyed by my husband. Maryanne,s breakfast gravy is the reason 1 of our group returns. Having the trolly pick us up in front is great. Our old dog is so grateful to William for the elevator she was the 1 st dog to use it

We decided to extend our last trip rather unexpectedly last time we were in town and this is where we decided to stay. The staff were all extremely nice, they offered free breakfast, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

"Problem with customer service dept"

I had no issue with the hotel or staff, but due to issues with the customer service department I will never stay in one of these hotels again. I had originally reserved two rooms. I needed to cancel one room and called several days before. The hotel showed I had only one reserved but showed the same price for my two room confirmation. They said this was an ongoing problem and that if I called the customer service number they would take care of it. I have never been treated so poorly by a business.i spoke with 3 different people. All three argued with me. I asked for a supervisor and was never connected to a supervisor. And the straw that broke the camels back - the last rep hung up on me. Once I got to the hotel and showed them my confirmation they fixed it. But it was a lot of needless aggravation by their phone staff
