Description

from Oak Tree Lodge
Check-In: 3:00pm Check-Out: 12:00pm
Oak Tree Lodge is your choice for hotel lodging in the Pigeon Forge area with its proximity to fine restaurants, great attractions, shows and being across the street from Tanger Outlet mall doesn't hurt either. But there is more to a great hotel than location, and at Oak Tree Lodge you’ll find all the best amenities like an indoor pool and outdoor pool with slide, an on site convention center, free deluxe continental breakfast and warm friendly hospitality from our staff.

Our hotel setting among horse pastures and the rolling hills of the Smoky Mountains truly sets us apart from all the run of the mill main street hotels. You actually look out your balcony and can see a mare and her foal running in the adjacent pasture.

Oak Tree Lodge is the perfect place for your next family vacation, family reunion, or corporate retreat. Guests can easily walk to the outlet shopping, mini golf at Ripley's or fine restaurants or take the trolley from our front to Dollywood or the Great Smoky Mountains. Fun and excitement are just steps away, so park the car and enjoy!

We offer large rooms with refrigerator and microwave, and some suites have fireplaces and Jacuzzis for that extra special getaway. At Oak Tree lodge you’ll see we're more about a place to stay than a place to spend the night. We want to be your choice for Smoky Mountain lodging.

"Family friendly lodging!"
June, 2016
This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and the Oak Tree Lodge helped us to have a wonderful visit! The hotel staff were very friendly upon our arrival and even had free cookies available upon check-in. The rooms were very nice, we enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was very tasty--my 5 year old loved the Belgian waffles! There were two pools available. The outdoor pool had more activities, but the indoor pool was quieter. Also loved the free arcade games!! There was one incident of noisy neighbors, but the front desk was quick to correct the situation. The wifi wasn't the best, but there was so much to keep our family entertained that we didn't miss it. The hotel might not have all the modern conveniences, but it was perfect for our little family. We will definitely visit again!
Tip: Call the hotel to check their deals against any online deals. A couple of our online deals were better, but then some of the hotel's specials were better than online.

Hotel was average. Workers were friendly. Pool is small and it was overcrowded when we stayed.
Tip: Travel here when it's less crowded to enjoy pool.

"Mommy and daughter getaway"
October, 2015
I took my daughter to Pigeon Forge for a short getaway after I finished my summer classes. The lodge was a great choice to stay! My daughter loved our Jacuzzi tub, went nuts over the pool and small water park area, and the breakfast selection was pretty great as well. The lodge was very nice and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay as well. We went to Dollywood while we were on vacation and the lodge is just a short distance from both the theme park and water-park. There is shopping within walking distance as well as great places to eat! Only issue was that the wi-fi wasn't the greatest we never could get ours to connect and my daughter loves playing games on her ipad before bed.
Tip: They give great coupons for local attractions besides that it's a great place to stay period!

"Great Experience!"
October, 2015
we were in town for conference in Gatlinburg and decided to stay another night in Pigeon Forge- tried to find a place to stay almost everything was booked. Went online and found this site- got great place to stay, reasonable rate, and lots of extras (tickets to many attractions) which was a plus!! Our kids loved, loved the outdoor pool!! Fun water sprayers, slides, and not too deep for a non-swimmer- so they could enjoy! Right across from the Tanger Outlets so that was a plus in our daughter's eyes! the room was great, beds, pillows, shower, etc.. all were fine! Great patio also! and breakfast was good- lots of variety! Hostess very nice! We definitely will book again! lisab
Tip: Great Pool! Great Rooms! Great staff! Very Convient- across from Tanger!

"Weekend Getaway"
October, 2015
Our family surely enjoyed our stay at Oak Tree Lodge. We had fun at the indoor and outdoor pools. The room was very clean and nice. I liked the rustic look. The breakfast was really good, and there was a good variety of foods. The only complaint my teenagers had was that the wi-fi did not reach to our room, 219, but it did not bother me! I especially liked it that we were just across the road from the Tanger mall. And they gave us some great coupons when we arrived. It was all-in-all a great stay. Anita D.
Tip: The staff were very helpful and we were given some really great coupons!

Our hotel room was very clean. We had a porch to go onto,it faced the side which was really nice. A field with 2 horses and an occasional zipliner or two coming by. There is a zipline place behind the hotel and they zip by the hotel, pretty cool! Nice pools, one inside and one outside.Easy check in and friendly staff. AC is nice and cold.Normal hot or cold breakfast, they have outside seating also which is nice. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, you can walk to them if you want.Lots of things to do in that area. We will be back, nice place.

I spent 3 nights at the Oak Tree Lodge when in Sevierville for a long week-end get-a-way. The location was easy to find, across from the outlet park and not far from attractions. My room had a small patio facing a fenced area containing 2 horses. It was a refreshing break to watch the horses. The room was basically comfortable; however, it did need to be refurbished -- fresh paint, new carpet, bathroom repairs (sink faucet lacked flow softener, toilet seat so loose it seemed about to fall off). The small refrigerator kept items frozen or too warm, there did not seem to be anything in-between. Even though Oak Tree Lodge is located on a major road with lots of traffic, my room was quiet.

Our King Suite was a nice room with a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. We also had a private balcony which I enjoyed. The people at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. I felt the room could have been nicer if the carpet was cleaned and some places on the bathroom wall needed cleaning......but I am very particular about cleanliness. The breakfast was ok. The Lodge is convenient to shopping malls and restaurants.

We decided to stay at the Oak Tree Lodge for one night while heading to Gatlinburg, TN. Pigeon Forge was bumper to bumper by the time we got to town so we stayed here in Sevierville (less than 0.5mi.) From Pigeon Forge. We were welcomed by the very welcoming front desk staff. There were only 2 rooms left when we arrived. He explained everything to the pools to when breakfast was to exactly how to get to the room. He was so nice. We were lucky and got a room in the interior corridor of the hotel where it is more quiet. We did not have balcony but we did have a nice quiet view of a horse ranch! There is an outdoor pool with a slide and kiddie fountains. The indoor pool is small and only 4 1/2 feet deep. Cotinental breakfast is from 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. They offer biscuits and gravy, egg patties, bread to make toast, muffins, pop tarts, yogurt, a waffle maker with your choice of original batter or chocolate, coffee, hot chocolate, cranberry juice, orange juice, and apple juice. The egg patties (that's what I call them) were gross and bland. Everything else was good. The breakfast area is very cramped and hot (had to be at least 80°F). There is a small patio area to eat outside if you wish. There are horses you can watch outside if you do. The room was super clean, as was the entire establishment. The furnishings were beautiful. Everything was made out of old wood and Gatlinburg themed. Our room was 2 beds with a pull out sofa. The room has an iron, ironing board, single cup coffee maker, blow dryer, 2 makeup removal wipes, facial soap, body soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The hotel is 3 floors and has exterior steps and an elevator on the exterior. Some rooms are exterior and some are interior. There is free ice on every floor. There were 2 free arcade games in the hallway by the ice machine. My only complaints are there was not a ramp near the elevator for the luggage buggy's to go up. We had to go by the front lobby each time which was quit a walk. The bathtub drain went down very slow. The shower fan light did not work so taking a shower was kind of dark. Overall this is an excellent, clean hotel with great offerings and very accommodating staff that appreciates your business. This hotel is great for kids and family. It is close enough to all the action but not right in it.
