"Small and old"
August, 2016
The room was said to sleep 5 adults. However, there were only two queen sized beds with only room enough to block the door into the room with a roll away bed. You actually had to fold the extra bed up to get out of the room. Everything was extremely old, but clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, it only heated the air. The outlets in the entire room were all wore out where the plugs fell out of them.

"Good Atmosphere"
August, 2016
My family of two kids 5 and 4, wife and I loved the Hotel. Everywhere in town was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. At night it was peaceful and during the day it was relaxing. The pools both in and out were clean and great for the age of my kids. I would not only stay here again I will tell all my friends to stay here.
Tip: May not be fully up to date but worth every dime

This motel was very clean. The hosts were so down south friendly. Was a safe place for the kiddos to be. We were right on the main drag could wslk to many restaurants and activities. Also enjoyed the Dollywood fireworks every night from the outdoor pool. This is a place I would recommend to anyone.
Tip: It is close to everything. Attractions, grocery store, and restaurants

I stayed here in November with my family. This hotel is a little dated, but it is very clean. Our beds were comfortable and had a nice balcony. The indoor pool was also very nice but the kids grumbled a little when they had a short walk to the outside indoor pool. The breakfast was okay and we also had to walk outside to reach the breakfast room. Overall for the price I loved it. I will stay here again. The maids made our beds daily and brought clean towels.

My wife and I found this hotel on Trip advisor and called the motel directly for rates and booking. We wanted a motel with free breakfast, indoor pool and hot-tub for under $100.00 per night. We found this gem and called the motel and spoke to Judy who was really nice and provided a ton of info of the sights and sounds around town. She gave us room #105 to our surprise it had a Jacuzzi, balcony and it was non smoking with a king size bed. The next morning we woke up to a wonderful breakfast buffet with all kids of cereal, hot coffee and cold juices. Awesome!!! Staff at this motel are all friendly and eager to please. Take it from us - A Must Stay!

This hotel is older but is well maintained. Stayed here for an extended weekend vacation. The Great. 1. Staff was beyond friendly. 2. Room was unbelievably clean for a older hotel. 3. Indoor pool and pool area was spectacularly clean and welcoming. 4. Price was amazing. (we booked through trip advisor) 5. Location location location...right across the street from Dixie Stampede. 6. Parking was good and easily accessible. 7. Fee continental breakfast. 8. BUG FREE!!!! 9. Will stay here for any future trips...hands down. The bad. I really had to reach to find negatives here. 1. Old style "keys" 2. Snack machine was empty. I would highly recommend this hotel for any bookings!!!!

This is a wonderful motel. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. We had a large room on the first floor. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is in a separate building. There is plenty of space to eat and there were plenty of items to choose from. The lobby was cozy with a fireplace to sit by. There is plenty of common area outside to sit at. We enjoyed staying here and are thinking of staying here again this coming summer

We were there for two nights during the week. All of the staff that we interacted with were super nice and helpful. The grounds as well as the room were clean. The continental breakfast was basic, but the doughnuts were from Krispy Kreme - so who can complain about that? The location is good with several restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel.
