"Small and old"
August, 2016
The room was said to sleep 5 adults. However, there were only two queen sized beds with only room enough to block the door into the room with a roll away bed. You actually had to fold the extra bed up to get out of the room. Everything was extremely old, but clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, it only heated the air. The outlets in the entire room were all wore out where the plugs fell out of them.

"Good Atmosphere"
August, 2016
My family of two kids 5 and 4, wife and I loved the Hotel. Everywhere in town was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. At night it was peaceful and during the day it was relaxing. The pools both in and out were clean and great for the age of my kids. I would not only stay here again I will tell all my friends to stay here.
Tip: May not be fully up to date but worth every dime

"Great hosts"
June, 2016
This motel was very clean. The hosts were so down south friendly. Was a safe place for the kiddos to be. We were right on the main drag could wslk to many restaurants and activities. Also enjoyed the Dollywood fireworks every night from the outdoor pool. This is a place I would recommend to anyone.
Tip: It is close to everything. Attractions, grocery store, and restaurants

"A very nice surprise"

We decided to go to the mountains as a last minute adventure. Not sure where we were going to stay. Stopped at 2 other places that we have stayed in the past to find them extremely expensive and no vacancies anyway. Then we were advised to try the Norma Dan. We have passed by this motel many times thru the years we have been coming here. So we tried. We were lucky, as we got the last room. What a very nice surprise!!!! The room was very nice, clean, had everything we needed. Even has a fireplace! What I regret is that we have never stayed here and have been coming to the mountains for many, many years!! I highly recommend the Norma Dan!! This is our new go to place to stay.

Very inexpensive hotel. But very clean, nice staff. Did not have a single issue and I was there for 3 days. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. You can ride the trolley and never have to drive yourself. Really great experience, would definitely stay there again. Nice indoor heated pool. Nice grounds with plenty of rocking chairs. Good internet.

We stayed across the street at best western for twice the cost! We decided last minute to add on another night best western did not offer us a discount to add on a day so we called around and found this place what a hidden treasure the receptionist was so friendly and found us a great room with a king size bed and balcony it even had a fireplace ! So convenient to all the shops and attractions the Dixie stampede is across the street we enjoyed the indoor pools and the room was so clean and smelled so nice upon entering a nice mom and pop hotel without the high rates perfect for a nice getaway trip and for families. Will be back! As this was our first trip to pigeon forge tn everyone we met here has been so nice and friendly my son has really had fun . Don't miss this hotel!!!!

Very nice and clean hotel, staff was very nice and friendly, we will be staying at this hotel in the future. My grandkids loved the indoor swimming pool. We loved the balcony, so we could set out at night and watch the traffic.
