The staff was so pleasant. This motor inn is well kept, a 3 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg, and very friendly. A great value! We will be staying here again.
Tip: Rooms come equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker

It was an ok stay. The beds are clean but the bathroom is tiny and toilets were hard to flush.
Tip: Don't expect the Hilton but it was ok for the price

"average accommodations good service"

It was an okay place to stay for an inexpensive getaway with my small children. No complaints and lower rating is only because the hotel is a bit dated, but for the price it is a good value!
Tip: Bring decent walking shoes and you are in great shape with the location of this hotel

"Awesome time"

I took my two sons and I to this place and it was unbelievable. We had a great time with an unbelievable view of Tennessee. It was very close to everything and the staff was very friendly. Overall I'm definitely giving this a 10!
Tip: When they say your check in time is 3 PM they mean 3 PM. Which is good because it means they take their time to get the room clean and ready for you.

"Decent Budget Hotel"

It's a Budget Hotel so I wasn't expecting much other than a Clean room and a comfortable bed for the weekend and that's what I got. Desk clerk was very friendly, parking lot was just repaved, very short walk into downtown, on a quiet street and the hotel was quiet during our stay. There is a swimming pool and a small refrigerator/micro combo in the room. Unfortunately our a/c unit was going out and kept making loud noises every time it shut off which kept my wife up most of the night and the room was not lit very well, no light above the beds and no light above the desk but, we didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't bother us very much, just odd. I would stay here again.

Was very pleased clean room with lots of room. Super friendly staff. I really liked how close it is the the main drag of gatlingburg. It's also a short 10 minute drive to pigeon forge. I also liked the fact that we were NOT gouged on the room price.

It's ok if you are looking for a conveniently located, inexpensive place to stay in Gatlinburg (because, seriously, driving in downtown Gatlinburg is a special kind of hell). My room wasn't as clean as it could be. Lots of tipped over trash cans some mornings. If you suspect that critters (possibly bears) get their midnight snacks at your trash bins, wouldn't you make an effort to secure them? Also, they are not shy about pushing their religion on the unsuspecting visitor. No elevator, so request a first floor room if you have lots of luggage.

Rooms are very clean, staff was friendly. It is within walking distance of downtown. No breakfast, but I do believe they have coffee in the front office. Have stayed here multiple times. Would recommend this hotel.

This motel is very close to downtown. Because it is within close walking distance, it is a great low cost place to stay. However it is old and not kept up well. We were also given a smoking room which was very smelly. Don't expect much and you will be happy you stayed here.
