Let me just start out by saying, everyone was very nice and we didn't have any problems out of the staff. We stayed in room 306, I was kind of worried since I got this for such a cheap price and I definitely got what I paid for. The condo was very outdated as far as paint/bathroom/kitchen. The floors in the bathroom were originally white, I think, and they were now yellowed with spots all over them. The room had a very musky smell that candles did not get rid of. The worst part for me was the bed and pillows, I don't think these have been changed in 15-20 years. I could literally feel every spring in the bed and I ended up using the small decorative pillow because it was more comfortable than the standard pillow. I will say that the view was really nice, couldn't have asked for better. The location wasn't bad either, just a short walk down some stairs and the road leads right to the strip. They could use a few more lights in some places, it gets kind of eerie at night. Overall we had an okay stay. Really, for what we paid, I would say that is probably about as good as it gets.

We are in condo 109...sort of below ground level. Theres a decent balcony, sort of overlooking the pool. The sun is beating in...no shade...too hot to sit out in mid october. King bed is kinda soft...but appears ok. Kitchen is narrow galley...but ok for making picnics etc. Microwave is bigger than the oven...thats pretty dated. Living room is very dark and uninviting. Im thinking of this as a hotel room. At least its sunny in the bedroom. The condo is slightly out off the main drag, 10 minute walk to Gatlinburg...with all the silliness that goes with it. I would not stay here again. Place is old and not really maintained well. This Condo has mostly old appliances furniture kitchen stuff etc. TV in bedroom is old ...not flat screen. Widescreen tv in living room...but small. The price is good for october in the great smokies...and I won't be as spending much time in the room. If I had read a review like this...Id pick another place. Each condo is furnished differently. So all are not the same.

We stayed in room 508. It is a one bedroom with a king bed. The kitchen is small but has everything that you need. This room fit our needs nicely. The owner really keeps this unit up. One thing the steps in the back were not bad, but it is a good hike to the strip. Most things on the strip have only paid parking. Go eat in Pigeon Forge all activities and restaurants they have free parking. There is a very helpful woman named Linda that works the desk. If you want advice ask her she was great.
We paid $80 a night for a one bedroom condo. Our owners were very upfront on the final cost: $120 per night with taxes and cleaning fee. Our owners were very reachable by phone/text. While someone is not at the desk all the time, Linda was very helpful when she was there. She directed us to a place very near the main strip that we could park for free because we had an 86-year-old in the group. It is a bit of walk otherwise. Three long flights of steps and then a pretty long one and a half blocks. The bed and jacuzzi in the bedroom were very nice. The sleeper sofa wasn't that great. The kitchen was small but functional if you aren't trying to cook a meal. The place was clean. One downside if you have more than two people in a one bedroom: the bathroom is in the bedroom. If you can save money and don't mind the walk, you will be fine here.
