"Not as described"
March, 2017
Not as described at all. Was told no fire damage and there was damage. Didn't effect the room we were in but there were burnt trees all around, taped off construction areas and was a total eye sore. The lot next door to the left was completely taken down and portable restrooms were all over with areas taped off. Was told the pool would be open for our trip and was heated. Pool was not open and had a tarp covering it. With two little girls who had their hearts set on swimming it was not a pleasant experience. We ended up leaving early because there's only so much you can do on the strip with two six year olds and then they had nothing to do back at the room. No DVD player; sticky notes all over the condo with demands and instructions which is very tacky. Lady at check in was very rude and could've cared less about the dishonesty that occurred.

"Not recommended!"
July, 2015
We were not able to stay in this unit. We were traveling with grandkids who have asthma and allergies, and the smell of cigarette smoke permeated this unit. It was also extremely shabby and the view looked down on a parking lot with an empty swimming pool that was in disrepair. We left even though we could not get our money back and paid for another room at a nicer place.

Tip: It is not a smoke free condominium. The quality of the accommodations is poor.

"Awesome condo!! "

We have been here a week and absolutely love it! We are in a one bedroom but it's plenty of room for me, my husband, and our 19 year old son. The condo is very clean, comfortable, nice and quiet, and very affordable. Ms. Deb at the front desk is very nice and friendly and we have really enjoyed our stay here. We'll definitely be back!

"Great location to all the activities in Gatlinburg."

The location was perfect to us since we wanted to be close to everything in Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountain National Park but did not want to be in the middle of town. We rented a one bedroom condo and it was more than enough for 2 people. There were stairs on the backside of the condo that led to street level for an easy 2 block walk to town. The street to the condo was an easy access to the National Park. The check in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. We booked through Booking.com and got a very good rate. We were on the bottom floor which was one floor below the parking lot. When you walked out the front door, they had done the flower beds so that it looked like you were in the country.

"Very clean and comfy "

We arrived and like several reviews were told our original booking...through booking.com had to be changed because that room had water damage. Apparently this is a reaccuring problem. We had booked a room with a jetted tub and were given a room without one. The room we were given had a king bed with balcony overlooking the pool so we were pleased. The condo was spacious, very clean, reasonably priced and a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It was quiet and the pool was heated and relaxing.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. All of the things that you would want. Kitchen. Balcony to see the sunset. Why go and stay somewhere for twice the price when you canstay here?

"Clean and Convenient"

My husband and 8 yr old daughter stayed for 4 nights. We had our own room with a king sized bed and the pull out couch for our daughter. The condo was very clean. The decor was suited more for older generations as it kind of reminded me of how my grandma would decorate, but everything was in good condition. Full size fridge was great for milk and breakfast items. Not a lot of dishes, but enough to get us by. That seems pretty standard from our experience with other condos we've rented. The pool was a decent size with viewing of the mountains and downtown area. The walk to the shops and restaurants was approximately 7 minutes. It was easy for us, but if you have difficulty walking, it may be a bit much. The stairs off the back of the complex make it extra convenient. We went the the shopping area each nite for dinner. Overall a great place for a great price.
