The hotel was nice but what made it nice wasn't how it looked it was the front desk clerk Billy. He was so nice and very welcoming... We would go out there every evening and have a conversation with him. My daughter enjoyed the conversation as well..

Rooms were adequate, appeared to be safe. Furnishings seemed old. For instance, operating the TV and cable took a learning curve. Breakfast items obviously generic brand items and nothing special, but there are nice restaurants in the town.
Tip: Sign was not lighted at night, and driveway is up hill from main road so hotel not easy to identify first time. Breakfast times are very specific.

"Terrible Terrible Terrible Avoid this place"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5

Room near exit door constantly noisy from frequent exits. Asked Service desk, no manager to assist to change room. My husband and I, 70 yrs old and 81 yrs old, where not able to leave the room for tour for 1 week. No vehicle because I was dropped off by my son, who was over 200 miles away. No assistance down the hill. Elevation was hazardous and dangerous without a vehicle, so we did not leave room for 1 week stay. No ramps or hand rails down hill that is quite steep, with an elevation that could result in accidental fall and hospitalization. Bedroom was not cleaned for the entire week stay. Both senior citizen and disabled, without vehicle, would have a hard time accessing the streets to tour if you did not want to drive. Had to ask for restaurants info near us because we did not know how we were going to eat. My husband and I had the worst treatment in our lives. I advise my fellow senior citizen and disabled to avoid this hotel.

Wonderfully helpful and kind employees. Free wifi in the rooms. Heat and AC works well. Sufficiently flavorful continental breakfast. Coffee and tea available nearly all day. Hotel shows its age but really good price. Liked our 4 day stay. Nice seating areas in and just off lobby area provides good place to play cards or games with family or just sit and chat or make plans for the day.

Service was top knotch, The front desk young lady Monica was exceptional. She was friendly and new the area and what was and was not open. The breakfast hostess Pat was quick to replenish the breakfast bar also friendly and knowledgable.

"A KING Jacuzzi room"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed November 10, 2015

I had not been to Pigeon Forge in at least three years or more so for our anniversary I decided to book a stay here in the hotel Pigeon Forge getting a king size room with a Jacuzzi. The location was perfect, the people working there was super nice, it was clean to perfection, they have breakfast in the morning from I think 6 - 9, it was just a really great experience. Although the only thing I have to complain about is this place is in dire need of updates. While we were here the elevator broke down and you try carrying luggage all the way up to the 4th floor. Refrigerator and microwave we're old but they worked. My husband was really disappointed with the TV because it's a tube TV. We had to literally move the entertainment center around so we could watch the TV while sitting in the jacuzzi. The room we were in you can hear people coming up from the steps because it was right beside the steps, that my husband didn't like..... I would stay here again if I had to its not that bad but when I want to stay at a luxury place this is not the place I would choose.

"Ugh!!!"

There are much better hotels for the same price point. I searched for rooms with hot tubs and booked one here...it was false. That was a lie, in my opinion. There was a jacuzzi tub, no hot tub. Whoo hoo (not really...that was sarcasm to the nth power) The wallpaper was peeling, the ceiling and bathroom areas had what appeared to be mold on the walls and ceiling, the refrigerator was broken, there were times when no one was around the front counter...it sucked. It is on the main strip..the location is alright. Everything else about it was an absolute stinker. We looked for another place to stay, but if memory serves correct, they have you sign a document when you check in saying that even if you leave early, you are still liable for your reservation amount. This place needs updating in a most severe way. The views are blocked by other hotels by the main entrance. There is a deck/ patio in the front but it is in dire need of attention also. I booked this place for a romantic getaway/ anniversary for me and my wife. We were married in Sevierville many moons ago. We wanted to refresh our memories of the area. As soon as we entered the room, we started calling other places. We were even willing to let them keep the money we had paid for our reservation but we couldn't find anything at such a short notice. I feel like I let my wife down with this decision. If you are planning on visiting this area, PLAN, PLAN, PLAN AHEAD....being spontaneous is good at times.
