The hotel was nice but what made it nice wasn't how it looked it was the front desk clerk Billy. He was so nice and very welcoming... We would go out there every evening and have a conversation with him. My daughter enjoyed the conversation as well..

The room was fine. It was very clean and that is all I really expected. It is a little difficult to find. If you blink you will miss the sign. We stayed two nights. I did like that even though it is right on the main street, it was on hill and quiet.

My daughter and I enjoyed our recent trip to Pigeon Forge. We rested well in the hotel and I was happy to see everything in order (no unwanted creatures). Breakfast was available and we enjoyed that before we headed home. Close to everything we did so that made it a better location for us! The hotel is up on a hill so the view was nice.

We made a last min trip to Pigeon Forge this weekend. Since we were only staying one night, I was looking for cheap cheap cheap! I didn't expect much since I was going for cheap so I was pleasantly surprised! It was super easy to find, check in was super easy, and my room was clean! I slept well; bed was comfy and pillows were too. I'd gladly stay here again. Kids were bummed that the pool wasn't open though.

Super clean. Incredibly nice staff. Great location. In the middle of things but off the road so its a little quieter. Beds were very comfortable. Much more so than you would usually expect for such a great value. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was offered from 7a-9a but we slept until check out and missed it. Maybe next time!

I booked one night on booking.com for a discounted rate of $83. What I liked was that it is at the top of the hill off the main drag so you don't hear the road traffic and traffic was horrible. We strolled in about 6.30 pm and there was a football tournament in town for 10-12 year olds so our hotel was filled with them. Impossible to get anything for breakfast in the lobby, too many kids but on a normal day probably o.k. We were on the top floor so didn't hear anyone running up and down the halls, desk clerk was nice enough to put us out of the traffic...thank you sir! The room was clean, not exceptional but presentable and comfortable except for one of the pillows which was really stiff & ungiving but there were other one's we could use. Everything in this town is overpriced for what you get so if your not spending much time in your room, I would recommend this hotel. It's centrally located if you want to explore pigeon forge. Good place for families with kids. You can see mountains around in between the other hotels up on the hill. I never want to go back, too many people and really nothing I want to see, rather rent a home in the mountains.
