"Only getting 1 star bc no stars wasn't an option"
July, 2015
They were under construction which we were not told about. The look of two rooms in one for privacy is deceiving there is no door of any kind separating the rooms so they are open to each other. Our tvs didn't work, we had dirty water coming out of the bath tub faucet rhe toliet overflowed on several occasions. The staff was rude and very unprofessional!
Tip: Don't stay there!! It's dirty!

"Wonderful stay!"

Last month my family stayed at this hotel in one of the rooms the had two rooms split by a bathroom in the middle. It was the perfect set up for us. The rooms and hallways were nicely decorated. I loved the light-up mirror above the sink. It was perfect for getting ready. I also had time to test out the fitness room. I used the tredmill and some of the free weights. It was nice and clean, and there's even a water machine in there in case you get thirsty. Also, the lobby was nice. There was a place where you could work on a puzzle while you waited, and there was also a parrot kept by the front desk that you could talk too. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend stay!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Joselyn checked us in and she could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious and clean. If there was anything to complain about it would have to be thin walls. We only heard hallway noise though, nothing room to room. Would definitely stay here again.

"Slight problem"

I usually LOVE my stays at Holiday Inn Express. The beds are always comfortable, you can easily find the hotel, and the staff is helpful. The staff member on this occasion truly tried to help us at 5:00 AM. That was the time the NOISE started in the ceiling all the way to above our bed....a banging noise... very strange. We were on the forth floor. The night manager came to our room with OJ in hand, which was very sweet. But he could not solve the problem, saying that the most likely reason was near freezing temperatures that night and that the noise was due to contracting of fire/sprinkler piping. I'm not sure how this can be fixed but you might want to avoid staying on the forth floor until the problem gets resolved.

"Overall a great hotel, we just picked a weekend when a kids football league was staying "

The hotel is in a great location and the room layout was great for our group of four traveling through the area. I would certainly stay at the location again but I wilk check first to make sure no sport leagues are booked. Kids were running up and down the hallway all hours of the night and shouting in the common areas very early in the morning. This was more about bad parenting then the hotels issue. Evidently they had tried to book then all to one floor but the kids just roamed. It also made for an awful morning down in the breakfast area with tons of rowdy kids and unattentive parents, the hotel staff looked run ragged. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as planned since there was no room in addition to the noise. Hotel did give us $20 off

"Great Room, Wonderful View!"

The room and setup were wonderful for the party I was traveling with. My only complaint would have been for the housekeeping staff. Beds were barely remade. Towels and washcloths were shorted. And in spite of trying to bring it to their attention, they failed to refill Kleenex containers. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was good, although they seemed to have a hard time keeping trays filled for the quantity of guest eating. Overall very comfortable and pleasant stay.
