"Only getting 1 star bc no stars wasn't an option"

They were under construction which we were not told about. The look of two rooms in one for privacy is deceiving there is no door of any kind separating the rooms so they are open to each other. Our tvs didn't work, we had dirty water coming out of the bath tub faucet rhe toliet overflowed on several occasions. The staff was rude and very unprofessional!
Tip: Don't stay there!! It's dirty!

I am a motorcoach (charter bus) driver and need my rest! Stayed at this hotel on 1/1616 thru 1/18/16. Each night when groups of "young adults" came in (after 11pm) it sounded like a concert just let out & a herd of elephants running down the hall & up the stairs. Called the front desk numerous times and all they would say is that they have to catch them. REALLY!!! 50 AWAY AND YOU CANT HEAR THEM!!!! As I said I drive a motorcoach (charter bus) and I have human lives in my hands NOT FREIGHT and need my rest to be able to do my job safely. How would you feel if you knew your driver only had about 4.5 to 5 hrs sleep and then had to work 14 hrs? At the time of this review groups were still arriving.

My family and I stayed here over Christmas break. I was a little leery after reading the reviews, but we were completely happy and would definitely stay again. The staff was phenomenal, the room was newly remodeled and everything was clean. The breakfast was wonderful. My son especially love bed talking to Robbie the parrot. They were still working on some rooms on the first floor, but we had the king suite on the 5th floor and it was completely remodeled.

"One of the worst experiences at a motel"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed December 08, 2015

Booked a room 2 weeks in advance. However when we arrived, we were told that there were no rooms available. We should have been contacted in advance, but no. There were mattresses piled high right outside the front door, ugh. The staff was VERY rude even though it was their error. If they keep the same staff after renovating to a Holiday Inn Express, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

"Terrible experience"

Reviewed December 04, 2015

Booked reservations over 2 weeks in advance and when my wife, my 2 year old daughter and my mother in law arrive at 7pm after driving 3 hours they inform them that they overbooked rooms and have no vacancies... With no help from the lady at the front desk which obviously has her hands tied and can not help us (not mentioning her name because she did seem some what understanding) find other hotels in the area that has vacancies during December, one of the busiest times of the year.... She said the manager (Eric Burkhart) has been notified and seems not to care nor does not want to be bothered of the situation, and that the customers can call back in the morning to talk to him. I will for sure be making that call first thing and also be sending him a email (ericburkhart@outlets.com) along with the phone call for some answers... First sign of this not being a pleasant experience is when they pulled up out front there were a dozen or so mattresses piled up out front leaning on the post. If I could post a pic I would. I will share this on all websites that have a place to post reviews and will be making a phone call to the owner of the hotel (Nick Patel).
