"Only getting 1 star bc no stars wasn't an option"
July, 2015
They were under construction which we were not told about. The look of two rooms in one for privacy is deceiving there is no door of any kind separating the rooms so they are open to each other. Our tvs didn't work, we had dirty water coming out of the bath tub faucet rhe toliet overflowed on several occasions. The staff was rude and very unprofessional!

Stayed Wed 10/25/2017. Hotel is about 5 miles north of mid-town Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of parking and security was never a concern. This is a wonderful newer hotel with a modern lobby and outside seating that included a fire pit. A variety of restaurants are nearby, including some within walking distance. Check in was fast and friendly. We got their unit with two separate bedrooms, which we loved. We found average sized TVs with plenty of fast switching channels in both rooms. We also enjoyed a balcony that showcased picturesque mountain views. Carpets were light brown and clean. Walls were unstained. No unpleasant smells in room. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows and clean fresh linen. We liked that there were plenty of power outlets located bedside. WIFI was easy to access, fast and reliable. There was a mini fridge in the room. The HVAC worked well. Bathroom was average size with the sink located outside the bathroom between our separated rooms. Shower had average water pressure and plenty of hot water. There were plenty of clean towels. Overall maintenance within the room was excellent. There was a much better than average breakfast in a bright area with adequate seating. Our cost with tax was 134.09. We really liked this place and will try to stay there the next time we visit the Pigeon Forge area.

"Almost perfect except for the AC problems"

We were here mainly to visit Dollywood and Pigeon Forge for a few days. Everything about this hotel was perfect except the AC controls. Ours was motion sensor activated, so it would shut off while we were gone for the day. But the biggest problem was it also shut off while we were sleeping at night, leaving the room hot & miserable - especially the room farthest from the AC unit since we had the double queen split design. I could get up and wave my hand in front of it - it would turn on for about 10 minutes, then shut off again. It took me til the second night to realize what the problem was. I eventually looked up the manual online & reprogrammed it to stay on at night. Disappointing that it wasn't set up correctly to begin with. I feel sorry for everyone who sweated it out in that room before me. But otherwise, it was a great stay. Staff was friendly, location was great and away from the more touristy areas, and view from the balcony was awesome. I would also recommend they install some sort of ventilation system to help distribute air in the split rooms.

Love the setup of this hotel. Every room has a balcony or ground floor sitting area. The setup of each room is great for couples, or families. The bathrooms separate the two sleeping areas, which gives you plenty of privacy. The breakfast was superb and not to crowded, great for getting some grub for the long drive home. I would stay here again and again.

Very clean hotel with friend'y staff. Breakfast was well stocked and had a large selection each morning. The hotel is in a great location. It's very close to shopping and food but is off of the strip. I will more than likely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

"Great Place to Stay"

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Absolutely loved the layout of the room and that there was 2 TVs so the kids could watch what they wanted. But could have use a curtain or door on at least one of the bedrooms for a little more privacy. Great breakfast with a lot a variety to choose from pancakes, bacon, sausage, omelets, biscuits, gravy, cereal, muffins, fresh cinnamon rolls, yogurt, juice, milk and coffee. And probably a couple more things but that’s all I can remember lol. Loved that there was coffee and cocoa available all day. Beautiful outdoor patio area
