"Only getting 1 star bc no stars wasn't an option"
July, 2015
They were under construction which we were not told about. The look of two rooms in one for privacy is deceiving there is no door of any kind separating the rooms so they are open to each other. Our tvs didn't work, we had dirty water coming out of the bath tub faucet rhe toliet overflowed on several occasions. The staff was rude and very unprofessional!
Tip: Don't stay there!! It's dirty!

"Excellent Hotel! Great Value!"

This appears to be a newer hotel. It's competitively price and I actually felt like i got more than what i paid for. I travel a lot and i know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms have a different lay out. I was in a room with double beds and the beds were on opposite sides one the room with the Bathroom in the middle. Almost like a divider between the rooms. It was really nice! Great Staff!! Great rooms! Locations was convenient to all the attraction in Pigeon Forge! Also, it has a brand new theater within walking distance of the Hotel.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the first time late January 2017. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is very competent and responsive. There was a leak in the newly installed bathroom sink. Before I left the building that morning after I reported it,, the problem was resolved. The breakfast area was stocked with fresh products, the eating area was immaculate. In room seating was very comfortable. The view of the Smoky Mountains was spectacular. As a Spire member I typically don't write hotel reviews but this location happens to deserve high marks across the board.

My daughter and I stayed here as a part of a sports team. We found the rooms comfortable. We especially liked the two beds being separated by the bathroom to give each of us our own space. Breakfast was okay. The fire pit was fun, but too close to guest rooms. I will stay here again.

I did read the reviews but nothing prepared me for the room. It honestly felt like a cave or box. It was blah, the couch was super uncomfortable, some walls were bare and the a/c was incredibly loud. Ask to have it fixed they said they did... not!!! Front desk was ok not overly friendly for what I've become accustomed to in Tennessee. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Nice fireplace outside but really close to the road. We will never stay here again because of the rooms alone. They were clean however.

"Nice and clean, terrible breakfast."
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

This hotel is better than most we have stayed in the past, except the breakfast it was terrible. Pros: This place is clean and comfortable. The hallways are well lit. The room was very clean and wonderful decorated. The location is awesome and very close to all the activities. 4th floor was very quiet. Cons: skip breakfast, it is absolutely disgusting. Eggs were bland, gravy was so runny you could have drank it with a straw. Biscuits: were hard as rocks. The sausage was sloggy, like it had sat in water. Pancakes were just ok. There is a big live bird in a cage in the lobby that is quite annoying. It sqawed all through breakfast. I think it's not appropriate here. Other than breakfast and the bird, I would highly recommend this hotel.
