They offer beautiful cabins and located within a 20 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. The views are amazing and the three bedroom cabin was perfect for our family of six offering a bedroom and bathroom on each level. The kids loved the pool table and the adults loved the hot tub!

"Beautiful wedding location"

We didn’t stay at this resort so I can’t review the accommodations but my husband and I had our vow renewal ceremony here site unseen and selected by our coordinator but I have to say it is an amazing location for a wedding. The view from the pavilion is incredible. We saw a larger wedding set up there and it was so nice. We used the indoor venue to dress and it was a great layout for a reception. Nice clean big bathrooms perfect for changing. Would recommend as a wedding site for anyone wanting a pretty scenery.

"Cabin is amazing!"

We stayed at the "I Can Only Imagine" cabin for 4 nights. The cabin itself is gorgeous, with an amazing view from the hot tub on the second floor. The promised Wi-Fi didn't work the entire weekend, and the signal isn't that great up there, so that made working very difficult. The AC unit on the second floor broke on the second day, but they were right out to fix it (and the leak coming from the unit onto the stove). It's beautiful inside and out, and I would definitely stay there again!

"Beautiful Resort Area in Smoky Mountains"

This review is simply based on The Preserve Resort and its amenities, not the specific cabin, since I booked my cabin through another cabin management company. The resort itself is gorgeous with amazing views of the smokies. The warm pool and hot tub at the clubhouse were a great treat after hiking in the park. There were clean restrooms and a sauna along with a gym, however we didn't use the gym. The roads are super narrow and steep crawling up the mountain. We purposely were back before dark each night just because it was a little tricky. I laughed at someone else's review saying they needed Dramamine, but our first trip up the mountain, my son and I felt like we could use it, LOL. However, after that first time, we knew what to expect and we had no problems. It's just a very windy road and no shoulder. It is a bit away from the towns, but that is the best part of it, you can relax and enjoy the views in the quiet. We lucked out and rented a cabin on the end of the road, and the cabin on our other side was for sale so it was empty. So our cabin area was super private. I would definitely return to the Preserve Resort on my next trip to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

"Beautiful location....BUT...."

Our 8 bedroom cabin was beautiful but poorly maintained! Some of our issues included loose railings on the porch, broken shower door, leak in bedroom ceiling, roaches, broken kitchen faucet and a pesky bear. I would caution guests to thoroughly inspect the cabin upon arrival. All of the above issues should have been recognized by housekeeping, but were not! Many calls to customer care were unanswered..either by putting us on hold for 40 minutes or just dropping the call. When a service man did come out, he repaired the railings (major concern as we had 10 kids with us) and changed out the faucet. Other issues went untouched the entire week. The road up to the cabin is not for the faint of heart! Very steep and mostly without guard rails. On the plus side...beds were comfortable. A bear got into one of our car (yes! They can open the car door) that was left unlocked. He was sited throughout our time at the cabin which made for exciting bear hunts for our grandsons.

The scenery is breathtaking and the drive up was not too bad. Definitely very mountainous. The roads leading up were nicely maintained even though in places it is very tight with 2 vehicles but on a mountain that is to be expected.
