"Amazing Vacation Amazing Place!"
June, 2016
This was our second stay at Glenstone Lodge and I must say they are very consistent. The room was clean and everything worked as it should, wifi was nice and didn't drop out or lag. It can get a little hot in the indoor pool area but it was really, nice with the waterfalls, and the deep section is separate from the shallower section. The water I side is very warm for those that do not like cold pools, however the outdoor pool was much cooler if you like that also. The staff were polite and handled all our questions even when we locked ourself out of our room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children.

"Very pleasant stay"
April, 2015
I took my daughter & two grandchildren, ages 6 & 8, for a 2 day stay @ Glenstone Lodge. It was awesome! Kids loved the indoor pool; queen suite was quiet (mountain view), spacious, comfortable, & clean. Staff (all of them!) were friendly & helpful! Breakfast buffet had many selections, convenient & reasonably priced. Internet was not working consistently.

Tip: Historic Trail is a couple blocks off the main drag (Parkway) in Gatlinburg. Parkway traffic was horrible so getting to the hotel takes a while.

The lodge was fine. Located in the heart of all entertainment. My only complaint was not providing shampoo and conditioner daily. Rooms were nicely decorated. Modern look and feel. I'm very sensitive to light when I sleep and the outside light coming through the window at the top of the door was bothersome for me. I would stay again.

Hello, I am the person that one of your staff mailed me a necklace that I left over Labor Day weekend. I did not want time to go further without thanking whomever took the time to locate and pack up my necklace, a gift given from my father that is now deceased. I learned 2 lessons: 1. never hang your necklace when the little voice inside tells you to place it where you can keep it safe. 2. there are still people in society that you can trust, someone to understand and to keep the promise to get your possessions back to you safely. Thank you so much, again, for your speedy assistance with locating and mailing the necklace to me. Sincerely, Sharon Weatherly Shelton

This was our 1st time staying at Glenstone Lodge and with anywhere new you are a little nervous...no reason to be here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...easy check in and out, excellent cleaning staff and loved our interior room right outside the pool area. Our single king room was very nice and from what we could tell had been recently renovated, comfortable bed and pillows. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great stay!

"Kudos! This hotel had special rate for hurricane Irma evacuees"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

Price gauging is what most establishments are blamed for during a high demand due to any disaster, but this hotel did the opposite, they lowered the price for Irma evacuees. I think that was a great gesture and glad to see that there are some caring people out there :)

"Good place to go"

It's consistently clean. Nice place to go with indoor pool & hot tub. My only complaints were that the drain in the shower was a little slow so you kinda felt like you were standing in a shallow bath. The other complaint was that the hot tub was not very hot. Another couple sitting next to us said the nigbt before it was too hot to stay in it. Tonight the hot tub was out of order. A little disappointing but definitely not a vacation ruiner.
