"A Delightful Place To Stay In The Smokies"
November, 2015
Our stay at Gatlinburg Town Square made us feel like we were right at home. The people were so nice and helpful. They were always trying to make us aware of the things that were available to us ; but not being pushy about it. The atmosphere was great! It was a nice family-oriented place with occasional wildlife slipping in to view., which was nice. It was somewhat secluded but in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. Yet you still had your own privacy. The room was very clean and well maintained. The cost was very affordable and the packages you can purchase with your stay are very good deals. I am very pleased with Gatlinburg Town Square and I will definitely be returning! I've never met any nicer people than in Tennessee and that's why I keep returning!

When we were checking g into hotel we were told out room was rented out in error. They gave us a amazing upgrade, balcony, fireplace, bigger room and creekside. Each morni g we sat out and listened to creek babble. Do peaceful. The place was gorgeous! Walki g distance to food and entertainment. We brought coolers and they even had room service bring us ice for our day trips. Just a splendid stay!

"Great Experience"
October, 2015
The check in was easy and quick. The room was better than we expected. We got an upgrade on the room we stayed in which had a kitchenette with pots and pans and a full set of dishes. It was completely unexpected. The resort had wonderful amenities and a great indoor pool. Just a short walk to the main strip. we were very happy with our stay and plan to return and will definitely use reservegatlinburg.com again.

"Great stay at a Great rate!"
July, 2015
Booking with reservegatlinburg.com was a breeze, and the rate was incredible. Check in at Gatlinburg Town Square was quick and easy, and the resort surprised us with a free, room upgrade. Parking is a bit tight, so be prepared for that. It's a pleasant, downhill walk to downtown. If the incline is too much walking back up the hill, there is a trolley stop at the entrance to the resort. We took full advantage of the all-day, trolley wristband. Overall, we could not have been any happier with our stay.

just wished we could have view of mountains from our unit. We were adjacent the waterfall and at times it became too loud and had to keep the patio door closed in order to hear. this fountain should be turned off in the evenings.

I have been visiting the Gatlinburg area 3-4 times a year for nearly 35 years and have been an owner at GTS for 21 years. The location provides easy access to the park, riding trails, Cherokee, N.C., Cades Cove, and other spots of interest. It is a short 1/2 mile or so from the main parkway and the shopping/eating establishments. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville with additional shopping, eating and entertainment venues. The units are fairly well equipped and furnished for your comfort and are maintained and cleaned in a good manner.

The apartment was located in an great location accessible to the trolley and walkable to the main street but in a quiet situation. The housekeeping cleanliness was excellent and the rooms well appointed with everything we needed to self cater or relax with delivered food and a drink.

"Spacious and convenient."

Large comfortable units. Adequate but tight parking. Can walk to the main tourist area, a real plus given the killer traffic. Lousy wifi is completely unusable at times. Confusing layout takes some learning. Only about half of units have a decent view.
