"A Delightful Place To Stay In The Smokies"
November, 2015
Our stay at Gatlinburg Town Square made us feel like we were right at home. The people were so nice and helpful. They were always trying to make us aware of the things that were available to us ; but not being pushy about it. The atmosphere was great! It was a nice family-oriented place with occasional wildlife slipping in to view., which was nice. It was somewhat secluded but in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. Yet you still had your own privacy. The room was very clean and well maintained. The cost was very affordable and the packages you can purchase with your stay are very good deals. I am very pleased with Gatlinburg Town Square and I will definitely be returning! I've never met any nicer people than in Tennessee and that's why I keep returning!

"Great Experience"
October, 2015
The check in was easy and quick. The room was better than we expected. We got an upgrade on the room we stayed in which had a kitchenette with pots and pans and a full set of dishes. It was completely unexpected. The resort had wonderful amenities and a great indoor pool. Just a short walk to the main strip. we were very happy with our stay and plan to return and will definitely use reservegatlinburg.com again.

"Great stay at a Great rate!"
July, 2015
Booking with reservegatlinburg.com was a breeze, and the rate was incredible. Check in at Gatlinburg Town Square was quick and easy, and the resort surprised us with a free, room upgrade. Parking is a bit tight, so be prepared for that. It's a pleasant, downhill walk to downtown. If the incline is too much walking back up the hill, there is a trolley stop at the entrance to the resort. We took full advantage of the all-day, trolley wristband. Overall, we could not have been any happier with our stay.

"Older resort in great location"

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo here. Very affordable. The rooms were well stocked w/ detergent, paper towels and everything you need to cook basic meals. This place is older. Frayed carpet and a few light bulbs didn't work. Water pressure is spotty and a break in the line meant we spent most of a day without water at all. Parking in the underground space is tight. The location is great. Just a few blocks downhill to Gatlinburg. The trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Small indoor heated pool that my family enjoyed immensely. There is no room service or maid service. You exchange towels in a different building and they are also more than happy to give you extra coffee / shampoo / whatever. There is lots of space and the loft design gave my teen some privacy in the third bedroom area. We enjoyed our stay. It was actually nice not having to worry about a maid pounding on the door at 5 am. Good restaurants nearby including an excellent pancake house (Gatlinburg seems to have 1000's of them...) right across the street. Could be improved with a streamlined check-in process. You have to get your keys a few blocks down the road, which I thought was odd. Check-in staff was super nice though, patiently drawing us a map of how to get to our room.

We have come here for years, but they have removed the blinds. They are needed back on the master bedroom especially. Amenities are great and the closeness to downtown Gatlinburg is great. You will enjoy staying here.

The resort is separated and is older with maintenance issues. It was okay..but not worth the exchange rates.I would try to stay in the Holiday Inn if I went back to Gatlinburg. As a disabled vet it was extremely inconvenient to be put in a room up the street from amenities with a dysfunctional elevator. Staff and maintenance were wonderful

Couldn't find our reservation at check in after I called to confirm. Finally found it and got into the room and my bedroom had ladybugs on the furniture, ceiling and in the bed. Called the front desk and they sent maintenance down with a shopvac and left. Never offered to change my linens or offered a new room. We changed hotels, called the manager and he didn't care, never even apologized.

Owner since 1998. Enjoy the location and quality of resort. Nice to beable to walk to downtown Gatlinburg without worrying about parking. We were a party of 8 adults. A bit cramped but doable. Units are nicely decorated and our unit overlooked the creek and wooded area. We saw a bear outside the resort. The underground parking is nice but limited. Sometimes have to park in overflow area a short walk from resort. We seldom use the scheduled activities so can’t comment on that.
