"A Delightful Place To Stay In The Smokies"
November, 2015
Our stay at Gatlinburg Town Square made us feel like we were right at home. The people were so nice and helpful. They were always trying to make us aware of the things that were available to us ; but not being pushy about it. The atmosphere was great! It was a nice family-oriented place with occasional wildlife slipping in to view., which was nice. It was somewhat secluded but in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. Yet you still had your own privacy. The room was very clean and well maintained. The cost was very affordable and the packages you can purchase with your stay are very good deals. I am very pleased with Gatlinburg Town Square and I will definitely be returning! I've never met any nicer people than in Tennessee and that's why I keep returning!

When we were checking g into hotel we were told out room was rented out in error. They gave us a amazing upgrade, balcony, fireplace, bigger room and creekside. Each morni g we sat out and listened to creek babble. Do peaceful. The place was gorgeous! Walki g distance to food and entertainment. We brought coolers and they even had room service bring us ice for our day trips. Just a splendid stay!
Tip: They have kitchens get those room and cook your own meals. Try for creek side!!!

"Great Experience"
October, 2015
The check in was easy and quick. The room was better than we expected. We got an upgrade on the room we stayed in which had a kitchenette with pots and pans and a full set of dishes. It was completely unexpected. The resort had wonderful amenities and a great indoor pool. Just a short walk to the main strip. we were very happy with our stay and plan to return and will definitely use reservegatlinburg.com again.
Tip: Prepare to walk alot or pay for parking.

"Great stay at a Great rate!"
July, 2015
Booking with reservegatlinburg.com was a breeze, and the rate was incredible. Check in at Gatlinburg Town Square was quick and easy, and the resort surprised us with a free, room upgrade. Parking is a bit tight, so be prepared for that. It's a pleasant, downhill walk to downtown. If the incline is too much walking back up the hill, there is a trolley stop at the entrance to the resort. We took full advantage of the all-day, trolley wristband. Overall, we could not have been any happier with our stay.

Good place to stay with a family at a good price. It was nice to have the laundry and full kitchen in the apartments. Very close to town and the park. Indoor and outdoor pools were nice. Slight pushing of the time share at check in. Overall it was a solid value for our family of 5.

Awesome visit, recent fire was real close and affected some amenities which are being repaired/replaced. Walk to downtown for meals, shopping. Motortrail through park right up hill as well as community tennis courts and picnic areas. Indoor and outdoor pools, plenty of parking, love it !!

"Great stay at the Gatlinburg Town Square"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed August 15, 2017 NEW
We just returned from a week long stay at the Gatlinburg Town Square Resort. I took an exchange through our timeshare company for a studio unit. After reading some reviews on the studios (and realzing how small they sounded) I decided to call and ask about an upgrade to a 1 bedroom unit. My husband and I were traveling with our two young kids (ages 2 and 5) and really wanted to make sure we had enough room to be comfortable, a washer and dryer, and a balcony. I spoke with David in reservations who upgraded me for $200 for the week. For us, it was totally worth the money. Check in was a breeze. We were able to check in around 3:40pm, which was great because i had two kids in the car that had been traveling for the whole day. They did try to get you to attend the timeshare presentation, but i politely said no and i would call them if i changed my mind, and that was the last i heard about that. We stayed in 222A. The unit was large and updated. We had a full kitchen that was stocked with everything you needed to cook/grill. There was a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen which made laundry a breeze. The balcony was nice and you could hear the waterfall and watch the fire pit which was relaxing. The fireplace in the livingroom was also very nice. The bathroom was large and the king size bed was comfortable. I also thought the linens were nice. Sometimes you have blankets at resorts that are as thin as a sheet, but these were nice and heavy. We were easily able to exchange our towels out for new ones a few times during the week. The first morning we realized the coffee maker did not have the correct glass carafe. It was a Sunday morning at 7:30. I called the front desk and told them about the issue. They informed me that housekeeping came in at 8 and they would handle it. At 7:50am they had a brand new in the box coffee maker at our door! The pool area was quiet and clean. There were usually pool towels there. We did use the indoor pool, which was also clean, but a little chilly. My kids loved the playground and the checker board. We stopped in to activities one morning and saw the parrots from Parrot Mountain, which was a nice treat! Parking- There were many reviews about the tight parking in the underground garage. I drive a Ford Explorer and have to kids in carseats. The parking was a little tight, but definitely manageable if you went slow. We just pulled out of the spot, loaded up the girls and away we went. There were always plenty of spots. And we were always able to park close to the elevator to our building. Location- The location is PERFECT. An easy walk to the strip and super close to the park. If you go right out of the resort it actually turns into the Roaring Fork Motor Trail. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg. We were extremely happy with the resort. I had read some not positive reviews and was a little nervous, but our experience was awesome. We will definitely be staying here again when we return for our next trip.
