we stayed in the king bed room. The room was nicely decorated and clean. It is convenient to several things in the pigeon forge Area. They offer free breakfast with biscuits, eggs, and pancakes. We will definitely stay again.

The Econo Lodge exceeded all of our expectations. Very clean. The pics on the web were very accurate. No surprises! Using Reserve Gatlinburg was smooth and easy.

"Be warned"

I loved this hotel and would ALWAYS stay in it everytime we visited here. Went back in June 2017' and as my friend and I sat on our beds something bit us. It bit me first and I kind of ignored it ,but a few minutes later something bit her foot too. Felt like a little sting. Long story short we got scabies from this hotel. It was a room upstairs ,but I dont remember or care to remember which one. Just PLEASE be careful and don't forget that you have been warned. People may not believe this and that is fine ,but I wanted to make sure I at least did my part in telling people. Took me months to get rid of that mess. If I could prove that I got them from there I would sue because I spent at least $1,000 trying to get rid of that crap.

We stayed for a gift show (room 252 which was a conjoining room) and the main complaint was the walls are so thin you can hear people in the next room having a conversation. The baby in the next room woke up at 2am and it was like they were in our room. Also the tub did not drain very well so within 2 mins of your shower you had water up to your ankles. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was AMAZING and the view out by the river was really nice with a fire at night to sit around. Would stay again.

We were so excited to try a new hotel. For all the years we have cane we stayed true to one place and never ventured. I saw the pictures on the choice hotel website and was very excited to give this place a try. Did not live up to my expectations at all. Rooms much smaller than expected as was the pool. One gentleman in particular at front desk needed a little help In the customer service side of things and we did not get soaps, coffees etc replenished. All in all we agree we will not stay again.

Nice clean room located just as you arrive in pigeon forge. Free breakfast was good to start our days off with. Scrambled eggs sausage links biscuits gravy bagels cereal oatmeal yogurt peaches juices milk n coffee. Nice pool and hot tub to end the busy days with. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaints suggestions: bathroom needs exhaust fan. You have to walk outside to get to pool area which in the fall is cold. Wish their were posted times for fire pits. If you use computer in lobby be sure to clear internet browsing because it saves your passwords. Wish parking lot was more accessible. U shaped to main road made it difficult when you got to end and realized no parking available. Would stay here again
