"The creek is awesome"
August, 2016
We really enjoyed the view of the creek. And at the hotel office you could get tubes for the creek witch we really had fun with. The people that worked here were all very friendly. The location was great. The only issue I had was the rooms were cleaned late in the day. usually after noon everyday on most days it really didn't matter because we were out of the hotel until dinner time. but on our last day there we returned to our room at about 3 in the afternoon and our room wasn't cleaned yet. they came around 4 o'clock to clean the room . but we were tired so we just skipped having it done that day. Other than that the room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

"Love the view!"
August, 2016
We were very comfortable here, reservations were so easy through Reserve Direct! Beds were comfy, air conditioning got a little cold in one room and warmer in other.but we made sure to put the hot ones nearest the air. LOVED the view. Raccoons and groundhogs out the balcony were friendly and fun to watch. Close to everything!
Tip: bring water shoes for creek, helps on the rocks

"Didn't like accommodation in older building"
June, 2016
I posted a lengthy review on Trip Advisor about Creekside with pictures. There are two buildings and we were given a room in their older building which is a bit away from the main office. These room are in desperate need of updating. Stained carpet, chairs, sink. One air conditioner for two rooms, Internet didn't work, no extra pillows or blankets, pillows very old (they are now replacing), in need of deep clean. Two lamps in one room didn't work, deadbolts stripped out forcing to use old style chain that were not in good condition. Room safe extra charge. Front desk staff not the friendliest upon our late arrival and in the pouring rain. Vending machines not stocked particularly water. Pros-close to Dollywood. Great deal if you don't care about the things mentioned. A rapidly natural running creek as a view out the back door if you like that. Not a quiet creek though just for those who are noise sensitive. Not the worst, but certainly could use improving.
Tip: Ask for a room in their newer building.

"Clean and Comfortable!"
March, 2016
The Creekstone Inn was wonderful! Found the place when looking at package deals for Dollywood. Great price so I read a several reviews and felt good about reservation. Was quite pleased upon arrival. Older hotel, but exceptionally clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from desk clerks to breakfast assistant. All went above and beyond! Very nice that all rooms overlook the river. Left the balcony door cracked at night and slept to the sound of the creek. Decent size room and convenient layout with separation of beds. Bath was a bit small, but, again, everything was so clean I was crazy impressed...even baseboards, corners, and pipes under sink were dust free. Would definitely stay again!
Tip: Balcony is not private. That was a little surprise, but not an issue.

"Relaxing Stay for an afforable price!!!"
October, 2015
The Creekstone Inn was a nice place to stay at an affordable price. I had found this site on line when planning vacation and I then also went and read reviews from a lot of different sites on this hotel before finalizing my booking. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was large for 2 people the layout was different ,I had never seen a room set up like this but it was great. The balcony was not private but we had read many reviews so we knew this already. It was still nice and we were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the creek below and watch the family of ducks play in the water. From the balcony area you could also see Dick Clarks place and we found out it was closed up which seems a shame, but seeing it brought back many memories of watching his American Bandstand on TV. The view of the creek was amazing. The breakfast was nothing fancy-cereal, muffins, coffee & juice but we usually have a light breakfast anyway and again we had read this on reviews so it was fine for us. We did get coupons to have breakfast at the pancake house but we did not choose to. Overall our stay was great, it was not a 4 star hotel but we did our research before hand and did not expect it to be. It was a Great stay!!
Tip: The lower level parking gets full at night but there was plenty at the next level and no one bothered our vehicle and we had to park up there many nights.

The Creekstone Inn had a creek that ran behind our room. We got to sit on balcony & watch the ducks & geese & listen to the stream of water. The establishment was quiet & cozy.

Nice and clean. A little bit older but a great value. Does need a little better wifi. This was our second stay there and will return in the future. close enough to attractions or a ride over into great smokey mountain national Park.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable, not queen beds only full. Those are the two best things about this Inn. The rooms are dated. Two TV's in a room are nice; however, you can't watch one without hearing the other one. checked in as a family of 4 with towels only for two, was easily able to get more. The balcony is far from private, each has a divider but you can see your neighbor. You can forget the free WIFI, if that's why your staying here then don't. During the visit, of 3 nights 4 days, it didn't work at all and each day calling to the desk and at check out got a different answer as to why it wasn't working from the system is down to they are upgrading. Our tablets and phones could see other WiFi around us. The nights we were there kids running on the floors and just randomly knocking on doors until I stood at the door and waited for the next knock and opened the door, that stopped the knocking. The back balcony does look over the river as well as a camper park. Beware if you park on the lower level of the parking deck. There is no type of parking stop, on the river side. There is a trolley stop right in front of the Inn if you plan on riding so that is a plus. Elevator has no air so very hot during day. Breakfast is good and warm, no change of menu from day to day. Probably won't stay here again based on the no WIFI, dated rooms, and random answers about WiFi. If your using this Inn for a place to just sleep its reasonable.

This hotel looks nothing like the picture. It is very old, and there is old abandoned building in front of it. There are balconies on the river but they are not private and you are staring at a campground The upside is the rooms are very clean and fairly roomy despite a wierd layout. They serve decent breakfast. This is a good no frills older hotel if that's what you're looking for.

"Mother Daughter weekend"

Found this place online nice quite me and mom had a mother daughter weekend. The rooms desperately need updating, but they were clean, the beds were awesome. Felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. They needed bigger tv's. You couldn't really enjoy the pool because there was a go cart track right across from the pool, and all you heard were whistles and slow down. Its was ok for the price, but next time, we will try somewhere different
