"The creek is awesome"
August, 2016
We really enjoyed the view of the creek. And at the hotel office you could get tubes for the creek witch we really had fun with. The people that worked here were all very friendly. The location was great. The only issue I had was the rooms were cleaned late in the day. usually after noon everyday on most days it really didn't matter because we were out of the hotel until dinner time. but on our last day there we returned to our room at about 3 in the afternoon and our room wasn't cleaned yet. they came around 4 o'clock to clean the room . but we were tired so we just skipped having it done that day. Other than that the room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

"Love the view!"
August, 2016
We were very comfortable here, reservations were so easy through Reserve Direct! Beds were comfy, air conditioning got a little cold in one room and warmer in other.but we made sure to put the hot ones nearest the air. LOVED the view. Raccoons and groundhogs out the balcony were friendly and fun to watch. Close to everything!

"Didn't like accommodation in older building"
June, 2016
I posted a lengthy review on Trip Advisor about Creekside with pictures. There are two buildings and we were given a room in their older building which is a bit away from the main office. These room are in desperate need of updating. Stained carpet, chairs, sink. One air conditioner for two rooms, Internet didn't work, no extra pillows or blankets, pillows very old (they are now replacing), in need of deep clean. Two lamps in one room didn't work, deadbolts stripped out forcing to use old style chain that were not in good condition. Room safe extra charge. Front desk staff not the friendliest upon our late arrival and in the pouring rain. Vending machines not stocked particularly water. Pros-close to Dollywood. Great deal if you don't care about the things mentioned. A rapidly natural running creek as a view out the back door if you like that. Not a quiet creek though just for those who are noise sensitive. Not the worst, but certainly could use improving.

Tip: Ask for a room in their newer building.

"Clean and Comfortable!"
March, 2016
The Creekstone Inn was wonderful! Found the place when looking at package deals for Dollywood. Great price so I read a several reviews and felt good about reservation. Was quite pleased upon arrival. Older hotel, but exceptionally clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from desk clerks to breakfast assistant. All went above and beyond! Very nice that all rooms overlook the river. Left the balcony door cracked at night and slept to the sound of the creek. Decent size room and convenient layout with separation of beds. Bath was a bit small, but, again, everything was so clean I was crazy impressed...even baseboards, corners, and pipes under sink were dust free. Would definitely stay again!

Tip: Balcony is not private. That was a little surprise, but not an issue.

"Relaxing Stay for an afforable price!!!"
October, 2015
The Creekstone Inn was a nice place to stay at an affordable price. I had found this site on line when planning vacation and I then also went and read reviews from a lot of different sites on this hotel before finalizing my booking. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was large for 2 people the layout was different ,I had never seen a room set up like this but it was great. The balcony was not private but we had read many reviews so we knew this already. It was still nice and we were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the creek below and watch the family of ducks play in the water. From the balcony area you could also see Dick Clarks place and we found out it was closed up which seems a shame, but seeing it brought back many memories of watching his American Bandstand on TV. The view of the creek was amazing. The breakfast was nothing fancy-cereal, muffins, coffee & juice but we usually have a light breakfast anyway and again we had read this on reviews so it was fine for us. We did get coupons to have breakfast at the pancake house but we did not choose to. Overall our stay was great, it was not a 4 star hotel but we did our research before hand and did not expect it to be. It was a Great stay!!

Tip: The lower level parking gets full at night but there was plenty at the next level and no one bothered our vehicle and we had to park up there many nights.

The Creekstone Inn had a creek that ran behind our room. We got to sit on balcony & watch the ducks & geese & listen to the stream of water. The establishment was quiet & cozy.

Great hotel along the river, with the balcony over the river! Only suggestion, more fruit at the breakfast buffet, other than that it was great! Logan at the front desk was very helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

This was my fourth time staying at Creekstone Inn. I always enjoy the balcony overlooking the river and smelling the campfires from across the way. They are now building on to the office to better serve the continental breakfast. Logan and Joanna were very nice at checkout and even gave out a bottle of honey. The split level room with two beds is perfect for privacy when traveling with a friend.

"Interesting place, good location"

The online photos of this place looked wonderful, but it is no more than a multiple story motel. I would probably have given it a higher rating had we not stayed here twice, our second room was not up to par. We had a queen room with fireplace both times (within two days of each stay). The view was nice, but there was a campground directly across the river which was not very interesting to look at. My first room was clean and nice and we did enjoy the separate seating area with couch and TV. However, my second room had a fireplace with a damaged screen, you could not see it at all. We also had to clean the bathtub before we could use it. I'm handicapped, so going back downstairs to change rooms was not an option - there is only one elevator in the building and it takes forever. Overall, this is not a bad place to stay and we'd probably go back because the service was good and the price was right. The breakfast was quite good, especially the biscuits and gravy. The coffee cups were cheap styrofoam and didn't sit right on the tables - this is something they need to fix. We almost spilled ours several times. Again, it's a good place, but there was nothing outstanding that would entice me to give it a higher rating.

Nice view from our room, we had the creek to look at from the balcony. We were not in the mail building, so we had to drive a little ways to get to our room. Everyone was extremely friendly. Free breakfast was ok. They had a room on the 1st floor serving a few items with beverages in our building. More of a selection if you went to the main building to eat. Rooms were clean.

We stayed in the handicap room and it was amazing, big enough to get my wheelchair in and the bathroom is nice and big as well. Needs to have a shower, not a tub.I can't lift my leg to get in the tub. The staff was great the guy at the desk was so nice and talk to us like he had known us forever, a wonderful place to stay.
