A very quiet and clean place to stay. A little outdated but the rooms were a great size.It was within walking distance to manyou shops and restaurants. Only bad thing is the laundry facility wasnt usable at that time.

Tip: Very convenient location with an awesome little pizza place a short walk away (Geno's). But not in the middle of all of the chaos. Went during peak season, so a little pricey, but was satisfied and had a great stay!

"stay away"
August, 2016
I have traveled many places here and abroad, but never have experienced anything this horrible. there were huge unidentified stains.. mold in the fridge, some one prior to us, had left a food carry out carton, and soda in the fridge... the trash can by the elevators were full for 2 days. unable to get a refund, paid in advance. this place doesn't even deserve one star... please stay far away from this place,,,

"Affordable Stay"
July, 2016
Nice place for a stay located near many area attractions and a short drive to the Smokies. I liked that it was far enough from the busy downtown area yet close enough to enjoy all of Gatlinburg. Had an issue with our first room but was quickly accommodated to another. The small seating area on the back with the river view was very relaxing. Staff was peasant and very accommodating.

"Nice affordable getaway"
July, 2015
The resort was well located, close to everything, but away from the busier part of town. Easy access to both the Smokey Mountains and Pigeon Forge attractions. Comfortable accomodations with a lovely patio overlooking a running stream. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was not what I had hoped for, but over all a good place to stay.

"Good place to stay !!"
July, 2015
I stayed at the brookside resort with my girlfriend and our son for our vacation . Our three nights there were great , it was quiet not too crowded. The a/c worked great, room was nice and clean. You have your own little patio with a couple chairs and a small table. It less then half a mile down the road from all the main attractions such as the Ripleys aquarium. I'd definitely book another vacation here

"Great Stay"
July, 2015
My husband and I stayed here in April. The price was awesome! The room wasn't anything spectacular but it was doable. I'm very picky when it comes to staying at hotels or anywhere other than my home. But I survived staying here! The creekside is gorgeous if you get the right angle. Very peaceful. We slept with the window open and I've never slept so good! My husband had their breakfast and said it was good. We have recommended this place to friends and family and have said to stay here again on our next vacation. Oh, and for us it was in the perfect location. Right down the road from the the Gatlinburg strip and not too far from a place we love eating at!

Though somewhat dated, the room was clean. The location was ideal. It felt safe and comfortable. Beautiful scenery with back of room overlooking the river. Staff was courteous, but not overly friendly. Chef was late to breakfast so we didn't get to try it.

We visited this resort on 12/8 - 12/10, got a room with a fireplace and next to the river. The room was freezing! We got the heater going and by midnight realized it wasn't heating anymore... We let the office know the next morning and had 2 nice guys come and totally replace the heater. We were gone the rest of the afternoon and when we got back to the room about 10pm, no heat, again!! Called the office back and the gentleman there came and looked at the heater. After about 30 minutes we finally were given another room and some firewood to heat up that cold room. We had it toasty quickly! The rooms we were in had dark paneling and the lights in the rooms were very low wattage, but they were clean. The bathrooms had been remodeled and were nice. The pictures reflected the dark paneling so i was expecting that and was fine with it. The rooms are very large, lots of room to move around in. The ONLY reason I didn't give them a 4 was because of the breakfast. It wasn't as described. On Saturday we had eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, biscuits and hot gravy. Then there was a couple of very small holders of dry cereals, had to hunt for them. Bagels, apples and bananas. No meats to round out the meal. But, on Sunday, no eggs, no oatmeal, the only hot things were bread and gravy. That's all! No hard boiled eggs, no bananas, no one that was there when we were liked the breakfast at all on Sunday. I'm diabetic, and other than biscuits and gravy, there was really nothing else to eat. Had coffee and juice, but the juice had to be a cheap off brand, not very good. I had reserved this place mostly because they advertised a hot breakfast, but the company they're paying to bring the food in has really slacked off. No cute waffles or even a waffle maker. So if breakfast is a big deal for you, this is not the place. Other than that I would stay here again, and go out to eat breakfast!

We arrived and had gotten a king suite with a fireplace. We found out later that night once guest beside us arrived how noisey it would be. :( They had kids and it was so loud. I wish they would quit doing adjoining rooms as everywhere we have ever stayed, it is so loud room to room.
