My husband and I and three twenty somethings stayed here for four nights this past August to do some sightseeing and could not have been more pleased! We requested adjoining rooms on the top floor overlooking the apple orchard and the staff was very accommodating. Very clean and spacious rooms with a decent breakfast buffet (hey, it's free) got us going each and every morning to venture off to all Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg Sevierville and Hartford had to offer! We will be back to enjoy!

Tip: The trolly ride to Dollywood was very long, next time I would pay the $12.00 to park at Dollywood.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. I especially liked having a balcony with a view of the river. There was no extra cost for parking and the hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

"Wonderful Stay!"

We stay at this hotel every year. It is so nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very tasty. We stayed in a king suite, which is very spacious, with a fireplace and large jetted tub. Can’t wait for our next stay!

We were here for a one-night stay, but we wouldn't have minded staying here longer. Front desk staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, and check in was efficient. There was hot coffee, tea, ice water, and apple cider in the lobby area. We had a king jacuzzi room on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. When we first got into the room, we noticed the balcony was largely obstructed by the rooftop. We actually looked at this as a plus rather than a negative as it gave us a sense of privacy. We could still see the Parkway from the balcony and watch the cars go by. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We loved that they provided plenty of pillows of various levels of firmness - what a nice touch! The room and bathroom were both large and very clean. The breakfast staff works hard to keep up with demand. There were many choices, including eggs, pastries and a waffle station. The waffle station even had pumpkin waffles! That was a great treat. We would definitely stay here again (and hope we could get the same room!). Would recommend.

"Clean Room but Not Worth the Price "
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

We stayed here for a night because we decided too late that we wanted to extend our stay another evening and our condo was already booked. The king room we booked had a hot tub and was on the ends of the building which was good for coming and going quickly. There was an Apple smell in the halls but it wasn't troublesome in the room. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room. It was just your basic hotel room though. The bathroom was small and the couch was not comfortable. The bed was soft but the pillows were very small. They gave 5 pillows but we didn't sleep well due to falling between the pillows. After one night of poor sleep, we cancelled the second night and went home early. It just wasn't worth the 200+ tax a night we paid. Our more spacious condo which allowed us a full kitchen was cheaper. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Not really worth eating with all the good options around town.

For a $200.00 dollars a night. It is way over priced. The rooms were only average NOT worth 200.00 a night. There Breakfast was just so so. The most I would ever pay to stay here again even during there busy time is $99.00 a night.
