Located on the fourth floor, this luxurious unit provides spectacular tree top views of downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. This mountain gem offers the finest in luxury accommodation.
The unit comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and provides the following: Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dining area. Living area with sofa sleeper, gas fireplace and walk out balcony. Master suite with king bed, whirlpool tub, private ceramic-tiled shower and double sinks with granite counter tops. The second bedroom has two full-sized beds with full bath and view of Space Needle. The building offers private parking and an elevator that takes you to street level. All major attractions and dining are within walking distance. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the privacy of your condominium, or take a dip in the pool or Jacuzzi (seasonal). The Gatlinburg Treetop View is operated by key code; therefore, you never have to worry about losing your keys. The unit is also wheelchair accessible. Housekeeping The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens and toiletries. Cleaning and towel replacement is available on request for an additional fee. Private Parking is free during your stay with us. You must pick up a parking pass in the unit and display in your rear view mirror at all times during your stay. The Gatlinburg Treetop View is not responsible for towing. Pool/Jacuzzi Hours The pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Please note the pool and Jacuzzi are seasonal from April through September.
