"Lots of fun if you like "the fast ones""

We chose this attraction because my husband loves go-carts! My husband absolutely loved that these were much faster than the typical go cart. The staff was very good about enforcing the rules to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience.

"Best time for teens"

I brought my 12 and 14 year old boys to Xtreme Racing one afternoon. My 14 year old thought it was as good as his favorite thrill ride at Dollywood. Racing at 30 and 40 mph is hard to top for any teenager counting the days until he gets his own drivers license! My 12 year old, however, did one race at 30 mph and got spooked. He did not want to race again. We had purchased a 6-race pass for $49. Although there were signs clearly posted that said No Refunds, when Tiffany at the sales counter heard what happened, she deleted my son’s unused race credits, and offered us 3 wristbands to their sister-location: LazerPort with laser tag, mini golf, and arcade games. Tiffany turned a bad experience into a great one and saved the day! In contrast, we had started our day at the NASCAR racetrack in Sevierville because they had a $25 unlimited ride pass. My boys spent over 90 minutes there, racing only two times due to the crowds. Although Xtreme Racing was twice the cost, there were no crowds. They were efficient and well organized. We were there over Fall Break. If you go during a busy time of year, and don’t want to spend all day in lines, try Xtreme Racing. The higher price seems to scare off the crowds, and is well worth it! And by the way, both boys (and mom) had a fantastic time playing laser tag. It was also a top notch facility.

"Great fun for ALL ages"

Our family had a great time here! We had girls as young as 8, dad's as old as 45, and teens in between. The girls had to race on the slower but still fun elevated track (Dad enjoyed it too!), and the older "kids" got to race in the fast carts, up to 45mph! I think they let you race 5 laps, but it will wear you out and you'll be ready for it to be over. The young men that work there weren't overly friendly, but they were polite and professional. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Worth the money.

I took my wife here and was very disappointed. I had a slow car the first race and then the second race I was given a cart with a low tire that went flat during the race. During the race my wife was burned badly by the plastic next to the motor. She was wearing jeans and it burned her through the jeans. They told us to do an incident report and offered tickets to race again. I was really like we don’t want to race again but the manager insisted that the video that safety video that they do not show you explains about the burn hazard. I will be contacting the BBB to discuss the liability this company is causing for customers. I will attach a picture of the massive burn from my wife’s leg.
