"Needs work"

If you order your tickets through Reserve Pigeon Forge you need your tickets printed have to wait for them to print them and it takes forever and then you never see an actual printed ticket, it's done in some upper office. Cashier rude. Smudges all over mirrors so made it to east to know which ways to go. Was too easy and to short regardless. Not worth the money unless maybe for 10 and under if you let them go alone.

"Mirror Maze Was Hilarious"
February, 2017
Our family attended the mirror maze as one of the attractions during our visit. We were all laughing so hard we had tears. It was a great time. It was kind of short, but to us it was well worth what we paid.

Very cool mirror maze but it's short . But they do allow you to go back through as many times as you want the whole day.

"Not worth it."

We got the Ripley's package where we could choose three attractions so we chose the aquarium, mini golf and the mirror maze. The other two were excellent but the maze fell short. It took less than 5 minutes for us to walk through the entire attraction and it wasn't challenging at all. Don't waste your money.

"Why did we go"
March, 2015
We literally spent five to ten minutes at this maze. I was a complete waste of money. We walked through the maze and that was it. We could have spent the time somewhere else.

"Not aMAZEd"

Only positive is that I didn't pay full price at the attraction for entry because I booked here. Other than that it was not much of a maze, as we were being lead by my 6 year old. You could plainly see the passage. Don't waste your 3 minutes or money. Very disappointing, I have enjoyed other Ripley exhibits in the past.

A quick an easy attraction on the main strip. Not a large mirror maze but still fun. The disco mirror room was cool.

"Silly fun and understand it's for kids!"

We went as a group of 4 adults in their 30s. We knew it was aimed towards young kids but we had a blast! There was a disco ball and some Pink Floyd playing and we had a dance party! The attendant also allowed us to go back through it backwards once we finished! Just allowed us to have silly fun and enjoy ourselves! Great job to the establishment for allowing us to have fun!

Worst mirror maze. As you walk through you can see marks on the glass and scuff marks on the bottom of the mirrors (we were there first thing in the morning, so I am guessing the marks are always there). I believe b/c those marks are there they try and upsell you to get 3D glasses. People in the maze that had the 3D glasses said we were smart for not getting sucked into the glasses. Total disappointment as mirror mazes can be a ton of fun. We bought a Ripleys combo, which included this. If we had not had the combo ticket I would have asked for a refund. If your kids want to do a mirror maze, I would spend my money doing the mirror maze at The Island in Pigeon Forge.

We purchased the Ripley 3 pack combo. We enjoyed the Aquarium (5 stars) but when we found out Ripley's Believe it or not was closed we had to figure out another venue to visit. This was one of them. First of all Good luck finding it. It's a small shop on the main street in Gatlinburg. Parking is 10.00 in a lot a block away. The shop is SMALL!! Be ware of the candy that is displayed in the front. All fault of my own the Candy is 2.99 a 1/4 pound - I misread. When checking out and paying the clerk told me most people misread it. So WATCH!! The maze itself is approx 200 mirrors clustered together. You walk through - there is no getting 'lost' - find the 'middle special mirror room' then continue out. It takes approx 5 minutes. We went as a family of 5 and you could see another family member the whole time - although we separated - or tried to. We would not return. This is not worth your time or your money. They should close it down! If you decide to do this or the Guinness Museum - Park at the Aquarium. It's much cheaper!!

"Way too expensive and way to short. "

For a family of 2 children and 2 adults it was $40.19 and our children completed the maze in two minutes. Fortunately, the kids turned around and did the maze backwards before going out the door. From beginning to end we were inside the maze for less than 10 minutes. Just like anything Ripley’s you can bundle with other attractions, but you have to know what you want to do. It would be nice if Ripley’s would allow you to show your receipt for a previous Ripley’s attraction to get the discounted price. We will not do this again.
