The last time we visited our kids were 2 and 3, now 8 and 9. They had a blast. Only trouble we had was waiting on a manager to process our vouchers.

"Loved it"

My son, 17, is still talking about this place. That makes my heart smile :) I was able to get several pictures and will try to share some. This was a very interesting tour. We booked it on a rainy day so that we would be inside and it was perfect because we spent a couple hours at least. The museum exit brings you into an arcade so that is even more fun for the kids.
Tip: make sure you're ready to spend money at the arcade :)

"Interesting to say the least"

We had to cancel one of our reservation and had a credit it use so we choose the Ripley's Believe It or Not. It was very interesting and entertaining. I would recommend this for all ages. There's a couple of rooms of interactive stuff, fun for kids and adults.
Tip: Take your time and enjoy. Believe It or Not! It was fun.

"Good for kids"
October, 2015
I found Ripleys a little faded and worn. The interactive exhibits (shadow wall and games room) were the most fun. But mostly I was bored and underwhelmed. As a kid, this place was cool. But I think it needs a facelift in order to be relevant and competitive w the more modern attractions.
Tip: If you're afraid of the dark there are some areas you won't enjoy in this exhibit.

We enjoyed all the exciting mysteries that we saw and read about. It was what we expected and had a nice, relaxing time away from the busy world outside.
Tip: Loads of interesting things to read about and a chance to actually take it easy.

"Ripley's Museum Adventure"

This place truly was an extremely strange, over the top, but fun place to visit. There were some interesting exhibits to see and read about, but there were also some disturbing things that might not be age appropriate for young children. The scariest thing about this place is that everything that you read about on display was actually real! Believe it or not!
Tip: You will need to prepare to walk many short stair cases and do a lot reading at the exhibits. I wouldnt reccomend taking really young children.

"OK, Not for Kids"
April, 2015
My husband and I saw some interesting items, it wasnt worth the fare. My kids didnt like it not one bit (12,9,7 year olds). We killed some time just not at the price we would have liked. If you have kids I would skip it.
Tip: if you do go get the combo pass

The one in Gatlinburg is titled "Oddities" and it surely lives up to it's name. It had alot of cute interactive games, puzzles and exhibits. We went with my nephews, ages 10 and 6 and they LOVED it. Also, my 6 year old nephew is autistic and this attraction in comparison to others he enjoyed the most; he could go at his own pace (it is self guided) and spend as much time (or as little time) as he wanted in one area before moving on (no lines and crowded people pushing). In my opinion, it is a little overpriced in comparison to the other attractions in the area; even the other Ripley ones. We did the Ripley's Haunted one also which was 1/3 the price of this one and I think it was more fun. However, if you get the Aquarium package combo, this is well worth checking out (but I don't think its worth the normal one time price without the combo discount)

I loved this much more when I was younger....Haven't been in years, and it seemed to be lacking something....I think my kids enjoyed it though, and that's what matters.

This was our first visit, but I must say personally I was not impressed. This attraction is quite pricey for what it is. If you are into death, vampire, and cemetery scenes then you would enjoy. Will not be visiting again.

Kind of expensive, kind of interesting. Not great for small kids but the teens seemed to like it. Overall it's worth it but a little pricey for the experience.

We checked out the Ripleys oddities museum over Thanksgiving weekend. There was a lot of interesting things to see. The one thing we did not care for was the amount of stairs. My father has problems with his hips and legs and cannot do a lot of stairs. There was a elevator however we did not see it until we had already climbed three flights. The only thing i would suggest is making the elevator to see and more accessible.
