"Fantastic Trip for Bird Lovers"
Reviewed October, 2015
It was an amazing and breathtaking experience for avian fanatics. My boyfriend who isn't into birds loved it because he was able to interact with each unique bird with its own talent. I love seeing them not being trapped in their cages and move freely. I really enjoyed feeding nectar to the lorikeets. They eat very quickly and love shiny things. Definitely worth my entire wallet. I drove from the Northeast just for this and I was not disappointed. Wish TN wasn't so far away!
Tip: The mountain is extremely steep and the roads are super windy!!! Please drive carefully. I wish they had a little bus that could pick up everyone from the bottom.

i was very disappointed with this trip, very poor customer service, workers were 15 minutes late opening the park and were rude after they finally opened, the lady at the ticket office got smart with my mom. the birds are neat to see and fed but cost way too much for the little bit of food you get
Tip: be prepared to be nickled and dimed to feed the birds

We went to it and was amazed at all of the parrots and other birds they had. You walk up to the place and there is several birds on perches. It was another place where you took all of the time or took as little as you wanted. There were birds to feed. Some in screened in areas that you could feed and they loved to land on you. If you didn't want to go in you didn't have to. There were talking birds baby parrots that you could hold. It too had benches you could set on and rest. Lots of beautiful flowers too. Little and big were enjoying it while we were there. We enjoyed it and its such a restful place.
Tip: Be aware that you will want to go back

My husband wasn't even thrilled about going here. And now that's all he ever talks about and wants to go back. He was impressed about the birds talking to you throughout the park.
Tip: If you go on a day when its extremely hot, trust me, it's even hotter on that mountain.

My husband and I took my 1 year old son here. We had a great time looking holding and talking to the birds! Some said hello and whistled at us. Id definitely recommend to families who love animals and have children!

We went a few days after spring break had ended. Perfect time to visit pigeon Ford no traffic no waiting in lines. This place was so beautiful because of all the variety of bird. Bring children teach them to be calm and gentle with the animals. The staff was pleasant, courteous, helpful the cost was $15 for seniors $18 for adults however there is a $1dollar coupon on their website when I mentioned it the cashier honored the one dollar coupon. They will ask you if you want to feed the birds nectar it is a two dollar charge per person and definitely worth it. There is a large area, with at least 2 dozen friendly birds. These you can feed and hold. They offer picture with the birds for $15 and allow you to take all the pictures you want. After hand sanatizer you can buy bird food out of a candy dispenser for .25 cents a handful. Bring quarters, it's worth it. Next stop is where you will use you tickets to give the birds nectar. Hers a tip. If you are with friends at least 1 of the group should feed after the rest. Then one of you can get the good pictures. When they are done the photographers of the group can take their turn ans get photographed. The last special point of note is the nursery. You can pet, hold and buy these amazing creatures. The only drawback was that the owners gently yet tenaciously impose their religious preferenceon every guest, at every turn. The park would be better without this.

As soon as you get out of your car, you will see a beautiful large parrots on perches. Once you get inside, there is a large variety of different species of birds. There were two peacocks that were showing off for the female peacock and had their feathers on full display. My favorite part was being able to feed the birds, pet the birds, and even hold the birds, large and small varieties. The staff was very, very helpful. We decided to have lunch here, and the food was delicious with prices you will not find elsewhere in Pigeon Forge. We had a hamburger, fries, and a Coke for under seven dollars. There is a lovely covered outdoor patio where you can have your lunch. I highly recommend this attraction.

Great experience! I could've stayed here all day, visiting with the birds. The staff was helpful and friendly. The price is a bit high if you're not super crazy about birds, but for someone who enjoys exotic birds, this is a great experience.

This was an awesome experience! The area is definitely a mountain. The parking area and gardens with birds is on the side of a hill and can be a steep climb. I was traveling with three relatives who have had knee problems. We almost left. But they have available (but not listed on brochure) golf carts with a driver that can be rented. This was GREAT! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they did not rush our tour and provided some information about the birds that made the tour even better. Kids would love this! We got feed and hold several birds and even pet some babies. The prayer garden was beautiful and you can find scriptures posted throughout the grounds.
