"Fun place on a rainy day"
Reviewed October, 2015
We didn't use everything, just the indoor black light mini golf and the arcade. It was very fun! I don't know if I would pay the full price for the mini golf, but I got the tickets for 50% off. It was definitely worth that. Their arcade machines aren't stingy with tickets, either. Way better value there than at the arcade at the Island.

"Having fun..."
Reviewed February, 2015
When i took the kids and the old man, we had a blast... I have never seen my old man so happy as if he was a kid himself. The kids wanted to go back for more, and they ride for a while so the money is well worth it...
Tip: nothing, expect to pay for more go cart rides...

"Fun for whole family"

My husband & I come to the Smokies several times a year & we always play putt putt at various places every visit. In the past LazerPort has not been up to par (parden the pun). It was dirty & not kept up. But when we visited tonight (bc everything else was closed) we saw that ALL OF THAT WAS CHANGED! The place was clean, all of the blacklight stuff replaced & repainted, carpets replaced, repair work done& also new additions of fog, strobe lights, & new disco lights. The place even smelled better! Lol Between the go-karts, blacklight mini-golf, lazertag, arcade, & ice cream bar this place has it all! My husband & I were truely impressed with all the changes!

"Great for the kids"

We visited Lazerport on May 25 2016 and our family had a great time. Our kids played Lazer Tag and had a great time. My youngest enjoyed seeing the lazers in the smog. We played putt putt and it was clean and fun for the kids. The go carts we great but the big hill made the ride worth the ten bucks. . I would have given 5 starts but the game room uses cards and they did not seem to work right. I hope they fix this soon but overall had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

"BEWARE not as advertised "

We had picked up some cards that stated free putt putt before 4pm of course we knew they would probably have some stipulations and not honor them.. what do you know we go on a Saturday before 4 o'clock and they say it's not valid on weekends for free putt putt instead it's 50 percent off. ( of course non of this was stated on the card) We decided to go ahead and play because it was still cheaper then other places. Once inside to play it was EXTREMELY cramped. Each hole was literally on top of the next. The ceiling was literally fallling in in places as well. After playing we let our 3 year old play a few games and then had to stand in line 30 min to collect her prize.. 1 person working on a Saturday afternoon???? Lesson learned we will skip lazerport from now on.

"A lot of the games were broken, but they went out of their way for me at the redemption counter"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed May 16, 2016 NEW

All we did was the arcade, so I can't comment on anything else. We were there on a Sunday, and many of the games weren't working at all or seemed to be turned off. Some that were working took multiple swipes before the machine read the card. The fortune teller game in the back was out of fortune cards, so it didn't give me a fortune. The games that were working were fun though. The claw machine that has college logo basketballs in it obviously does not pick up the basketballs that are in the machine because you can see on some of them where the claw has rubbed the paint off from grabbing at it so many times. I play claw machines a lot. I understand you're not going to win every time; however, when the claw has obviously partially rubbed the paint logo off a basketball from being clawed so many times it’s safe to say that it probably cannot be won. Also, none of the other claw machines were as bad as this one. We won a bunch of tickets and went to the redemption counter. I noticed they had the same kind of college basketballs behind the counter that were in the claw machine. I didn’t see my favorite college team behind the redemption counter, but I had seen one in that claw machine earlier. I asked if there was any way that I could get that one. They went out of their way with three people trying to get that machine open, and never could find the key. I asked the ticket attendant, “If you guys can’t find the key then how do you ever refill the machine?” He told me he didn’t know. I personally think it’s obvious they don’t have to, but I digress. Since they couldn’t find the key the manager went out of his way and searched the back room to find a basketball with my team’s logo. He found one and the ticket attendant even pumped it up for me. It was because of this that I say their customer service was amazing! They really went above and beyond for me searching for that ball. However, with so many of the games not working properly or not even on; if I had never wanted a specific basketball I wouldn’t have experienced this great customer service and would’ve said that the arcade was very mediocre. There are others up the street.

"Staff not attentive at all."

We went in here because we had found a couple of free mini golf passes at our hotel. I did not like that the staff had no organization at all. The lines were not organized either. We stood in line forever waiting for at least one of the staff to help us a couple of times. They would just look at you and not say anything. It was ridiculous. People would just cut in front of you while in line too, and no staff every said anything. Will never go back.
