Our Family absolutely loved this display and museum. We were so blessed to have had the opportunity to view the exhibits and take some time to remember the real reason for why we are here. God. I recommend that everyone visiting Gatlinburg stop and see Christ in the Smokies.

"Hidden treasure"
October, 2015
Three of us traveled to Pigeon Forge area, Went on line prior and found Christ in the Smokies and purchased the tickets to surprise the other two. We loved it. The characters were so realistic, made you feel like you were a part of the scene. Beautiful portrayal of each event. This little hidden treasure is worth the visit, we now tell everyone we know to stop by. Most that has travel there for years did not even realize it was there.
Tip: You can purchase tickets on line and save. Great parking after you visit, you can walk to all the other attraction and park free.

"Visiting Christ in the Smokies"
July, 2015
I visited Christus Gardens in the early 70's with my children and wanted to relive the experience. It was better now than then. With each scene, My wife and I were taken back into time. It was breathtaking. The people in the scenes looked as real as if we were talking with them. It certainly made me glad to call myself Christian after my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My plans are to go back next year for another visit. If you are going to Gatlinburg, stop in. One of the best attractions in town.

"Kind of Like an Amusement Park Ride"

As a Christian, I am glad to see that there is a museum that is dedicated to Christianity because we lack so much of this in our country. On the other hand, it is Gatlinburg and the city seems to lend itself to trapping people for their money. After all, it is a tourist city. One of Murphy's Laws states that it is not fair to let a sucker keep his money. The tour, while following through the life of Christ, is a one way, one time through, like a roller coaster ride; which of course exists you through the over priced gift shop. If you were never exposed to Christianity or lived in a cave all your life, this might be worthwhile, maybe! My suggestion is that you go to church, practice Christianity and get involved in Bible Study classes. Give your tourism fee to a charity. Help someone.

This is my first time to visit a museum of this kind.It is not just a museum. It is a place for spiritual retreat. The presentation of the story of Jesus Christ is so amazing. The gift shop adequately provides items worth keeping and giving to remind us of our Saviour Jesus Christ.

We came to Gatlinburg on a family vacation. Because where we were staying was close to the Christ Museum, we decided to make this the last stop of the day. We are so glad we did. It was absolutely wonderful. We left there filled with God's word. We returned to our bungalow relaxed and at peace.

Easily accessible and a peaceful journey away from the crowds on the main thoroughfare. Several scenes from the most well known events in the life of Christ using life-like wax figures and reproductions from the Last Supper, ascension, and sermon on the mount as well as others. Collection of genuine coins used during the period of Christ's walk on earth. Quality gift shop. The most amazing experience was the statue of Christ in the garden. His eyes follow you anywhere you go. An added benefit is free parking with the price of admission. Well worth your time.
