Our Family absolutely loved this display and museum. We were so blessed to have had the opportunity to view the exhibits and take some time to remember the real reason for why we are here. God. I recommend that everyone visiting Gatlinburg stop and see Christ in the Smokies.
Tip: Visit early in the day before or off peak season.

"Hidden treasure"
Reviewed October, 2015
Three of us traveled to Pigeon Forge area, Went on line prior and found Christ in the Smokies and purchased the tickets to surprise the other two. We loved it. The characters were so realistic, made you feel like you were a part of the scene. Beautiful portrayal of each event. This little hidden treasure is worth the visit, we now tell everyone we know to stop by. Most that has travel there for years did not even realize it was there.
Tip: You can purchase tickets on line and save. Great parking after you visit, you can walk to all the other attraction and park free.

"Visiting Christ in the Smokies"
Reviewed July, 2015
I visited Christus Gardens in the early 70's with my children and wanted to relive the experience. It was better now than then. With each scene, My wife and I were taken back into time. It was breathtaking. The people in the scenes looked as real as if we were talking with them. It certainly made me glad to call myself Christian after my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My plans are to go back next year for another visit. If you are going to Gatlinburg, stop in. One of the best attractions in town.

I very much enjoy the tour but it was t what I expected. Different stages set up and you walked thru and listened to the highlights of the life of Christ. I think the price for entry was a little high for what the offered.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the museum. There are a lot of old and interesting artifacts and information besides the life size scenes. It is a self guided tour and you can take your time looking at all of the displays. The gardens were beautiful and peaceful but small.

"Faulty Equipment"

Projector was not working . They apologized and offer us to walk thru the museum but had to come back later n the day after the equipment was fixed. This was not a option as this was our last day there. They provided a refund (happily). Would have preferred a discounted price since we would nt be able to see the entire product. Not sure if we were staying on would we have came back later in the day. Once you leave and attractions in Gatlinburg your not likely doubling back. In the future they need to be able to offer discount option or a walk thru price.

This is such an amazing place to go & to relive the life of Jesus. The wax figurines are truly life like. The statue of the face of Jesus is amazing as no matter where you move the eyes follow you. A great museum to visit for all ages.

My husband, our 4-1/2 yr old son and I enjoyed our visit. We had visited once before but it was our son's first time. It completely kept his attention, which is no easy feat!!! I feel like it is something he will long remember.
