WOW, these guys are good. My wife and I did the zip today and really had a great time. My wife and I are over 65 and we had a wonderful time. I believe their names were Daniel and Randy but they were good and always very careful to make sure we were always safe.
The lines all had wonderful views.
We will do it again in the Spring.

"Excellent A + Experience !!!"
October, 2016
My family of 5 came in to zipline. My youngest being 8 years old, was the youngest in the group of 11. I'm very pleased at how the guides Sterling and Julie payed very close attention to detail. They focused on one rider at a time making sure that all parties were attached and safe at all times. Maybe next time I want hold the brake glove so tight wink wink !! . My 8 year old said he was not scared at all because of how comfortable they made him feel. Thanks again , highly recommend. Sterling and Julie deserves awesome tips. You guy and girl were awesome !!!

"Amazing Guides"
January, 2015
My wife and I traveled to Pigeon Forge for our honeymoon in November. We had never been ziplining before and we werent sure what to think. However after our introduction and our walk up the first tower we found out that our guides were AMAZING! They were very friendly and outgoing and they made the experience more enjoyable than just the zipping. I would recommend this place on the guides alone!

My 3 children (ages 9, 9 and 7) and I️ spent the morning zip lining at adventure park and I‎t turned out to be the highlight of our trip! Our guides (Cliff & Maverick) were professional, fun and caring. My youngest child was initially very nervous and was able to ride tandem on the zip line with one of the guides. By our last line, he wanted to zip solo! The facility is nice and safety is an obvious priority. We will definitely return to adventure park!!

"Not expecting this experience"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

We were not expecting this experience based on the past reviews. We drove 30 minutes only to discover that the zip line was closed due to a fallen tree. (Which of course is beyond anyone's control.) However, the lady at the counter was so rude that we were all taken aback. We were willing to try other things on the property, but she was less than enthusiastic about any alternatives. We let her know that there was no indication of the closure on the website, and she shrugged and said we should have called first. We were just not expecting this kind of dismissive behavior. For that reason alone, we will never be back. The zip lines did look fun, which is the only reason I can give them two stars instead of one, We called two nearby zip line places, who were both more than happy to help and accommodate us on short notice. Firefox Adventure Park's website does not mention calling beforehand, however, I highly recommend it.

Zip line was phenomenal. Had the best time with our guides Cliff, Matt and Maverick. Then took a wonderful and relaxing horse back ride with our guide Mike. Definitely coming back to visit them on our next trip to Tennessee.

"Great guides but the zips themselves were OK."

My husband and I visited yesterday and did the 7 zip course. We bought a package that included 6 go kart races as well (those tracks were great!!). Anyways the guides were super fun and nice (Charlie was so sweet!) but the course itself was just okay. I have been zipping numerous times and what I didn’t like as much about this course was that you had to hold the zip line with your dominant hand at all times. Other zip courses I have done let you just free zip and I enjoy that more. This course did have one zip that they allow you to just “let go”... when that happened though the rope they used to slow you down broke for one of the ladies in our group and she slammed into the pole. She wasn’t hurt but she did say her neck/head hurt a bit. Luckily my husband was right there and literally grabbed her to help slow her down a bit so she hit the pole at a much slower pace then she would have had he not been there. Just make sure they put a new slow down rope for that zip line before you do it!!
