The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Sevierville, near Kodak, Tennessee, a Marriott property, has been rated #1 in the state for guest service. The property, which just opened in September of 2008, has also been ranked 11th in the central region, which includes 274 hotels, and #22 in their brand, which includes 592 properties worldwide.
